Review 6：Arrived at property to be told we were staying in "the bungalow" 25 minutes away. "The Bungalow" is not as advertised on the website and upon investigation the next morning was a completely different villa. "The Bungalow" was booked to accommodate 8 people but only provided beds for 6 people. Transportation arranged by property from airport for 8 people arrived with only seats for 6. Two people had to sit on wheel arches of minivan.

Review 7：Charged us 1000LKR for a drop to airport which was high. Their Credit Card Machine had a problem so asked us for Cash. Since we were flying out, we did not have enough LKR. Finally machine worked, so it was relieving. Food was basic too.

Review 9：Our transfer to Colombo on the following day was expensive (45 USD) and well above the going rate. We went for this out of convenience, but it represented poor value. The driver had to stop several times to ask for directions when finding the way to our hotel in Colombo and asked us to pay the toll for the airport express road on top of the transfer fee.

Review 10：Staff are polite and friendly. The villa is smartly presented and is only a ten minute drive from the airport. We were told on arrival that we would need to be moved to another villa 20 minutes away due to our air conditioning not working; the manager was apologetic about this and it was not a problem.

Review 11：Poor check-in experience. Did not move an inch till I showed the receipt (phone was dead at 11 pm & child was very tired - but to no avail). They did not have room & other info ready. No amenities in room - no water, no soap. Credit card did not work - had to give a mix of LKR, USD & INR to settle the bill. Hotel is located in the flight path, no very noisy at times.

Review 12：Location is good, though not excellent -- better hotels are there closer to the airport. Charged LKR 800 for an airport drop at 4 am which was fair. AC room which helps

Review 15：They insist on dropping to the airport for 10 USD when you can go with a tuktuk for 200 rupies. They apply a very bad exchange rate and besides, we asked the price the previous night (at 11pm) and the following day (at 6 am) we had to pay 5% more. The food was indigestible.

Review 23：I mainly interacted with Mr Jenith. He and his team go the extra mile to keep you happy. Room was comfortable and had everything as promised. Very close by to airport so no worries of missing flight due to traffic. Not a single rupee over what was advertised charged, honest and friendly. Probably that's why their rooms are booked by international guests. Definetely a very good choice for budget travellers

Review 45：I've sent them 4 email after I booked, but never got any reply. I booked a double delux room tgat was supposed to be 180square meters, but got a tiny room no more than 20mt. The place is far away from Negombo with no restaurant nearby. Tuk tuk charge you 300rupee to go to Negombo and about 1000 to go back at night. No safety box in our room.

Review 51：I wasn't going to say anything regarding this but I feel it should be mentioned...we stayed for one night and before we went to sleep we were outside sitting in the chairs. We decided to go to sleep but in the morning we woke up and went outside again and noticed our chair had been moved to what looked like someone would have used it as a step to peer into our window. We did not move this chair so it must have been someone else. A little violating to say the least.

Had to wait as desk didn't explain we could have pre ordered so upon coming down to eat we were told it would take 40 minutes so went bk to our room to wait and ended up nearly an hour as staff seemed very hassled. When it was served and it was cold, although we returned it to the kitchen to be heated up I didn't feel safe eating chicken that was warmed up twice and was still tepid. Didn't have breakfast as an early start but I think we would have waited anyway and eaten at the airport., prompt car to the airport

Review 64：The staff were super helpful and they even offered the power strip from the lobby when I asked if they had any converters. They also offered suggestions about places for me to visit and arranged a driver for me. They will also pick you up from or take you to the airport for about 800 rupees. The room was gorgeous and very clean. I only stayed one night near the airport before heading on to Kandy, but would have stayed several more nights. Wifi worked great, and it was exactly what I needed for my one night after flying in. The food was pretty good as well.

This is s rip offso with tax and drop off $35 room becomes a $58 room .the manager toldme that took Tooks cannot take you all the way into airport and becameagitated when I suggested they should not charge so much for drop off .We used taxis a lot in SriLanka they are cheap eg $60 for 4 hour driveKandy to Colombo
