Review 1：Not as much comfort as in other accommodations. The bed was simply a mattress on the floor.

Review 2：Nice rooms and friendly staff who arrange everything for you to explore Bagan.

Review 3：The hotel is beautiful (way more than I was expecting) and well located in New Bagan. There is a great agency called Grasshopper Adventures that organizes mountain bike tours about 100 meters away from there; also very good restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Review 4：The dinner in the restaurant is low quality compared to other restaurants. You had to request helmets when renting bikes, after a little while they managed to find two for us. There should be more helmets provided!

Review 5：Great helpful staff, but not always easy to be understood because of their English level. Nice pool, nice rooms, checkers playing area, easy to rent ebikes and ok breakfast.

Review 6：The first night we were in a room with to beds in the floor...and the beds were really bad. Then, we changed the room, to a double room, with the bed in the ground and it was much better.If you can choose, the double bed for sure!

Review 11：Lovely room and nice seating area outside the room. Best breakfast in Myanmar in a nice restaurant. We only stayed one night. We spent 3 more nights in a different hotel in New Bagan (couldn't cancel) in a slightly cheaper price range but the Kaday Aung is so much better. The pool looked nice but I didn't use it.

Review 12：I had a north facing room, and windows look out to a brick wall. Can't leave windows and door open because of mosquitos.

Review 14：Both our ebikes had problems, first we had a key snap in ignition due to a faulty lock then we had bikes run out of battery after less than 2 hours use. Also pool was too cold and dirty so didnt get used.

Review 18：Staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort was quite charming and comfortable for the price. I enjoyed an hour massage for $20 USD. One of the best massages I have ever had. The breakfast was fresh, ample and set us up for the whole day. The position of the hotel was close to the main street within close walking distance to restaurants.

Review 19：Our only bad experience was one morning when we wanted to get an e-bike for a sunrise photo shoot, but it took too long to organise. Instead we took a couple of bicycles. We got to the sunrise after some serious peddling, but would suggest, making your intentions clear the night before.

Overall the hotel looks very nice, but the maintenance leaves to be desired. Why would you put artificial fruit on the buffet, instead of fresh fruit from the wealth of fruit that is available?

Review 22：The noise and hard beds. Squirrels, doves and things that scurry on/in the roof. Staff that 'shower' by room 410 talking and making noise at night and pre dawn. First mattress I had was like a banana with my butt hitting the hard floor (no bed base) and second mattress while straight, was hard as. Sore body on awakening.

Review 32：The staff were always available and incredibly helpful. The rooms were fantastic: large, clean, characteristic. The hotel was a characteristic colonial building with attached suites. The breakfast was great. If you were too tired from a day in the heat, the food at the restaurant was delicious. Old Bagan was easily accessible, and they had a variety of transport options available.
