Review 1：Nothing to do around the area, except casino which doesn't interest us. Not clean city. However, that is probably true in the geographical area.

Review 5：During the reservation procedure the indicated " Booking " price increased by 10 %. Albeit it was very hot and we camoe back from exhausting visits, the pool was out of service due to maintenance which was not indicated. The " free wifi " is quite slow.

We found when ordering 'Virgin' Pina Colada's,without alchohol,we were charged for one's with alchohol, so we were paying over £5 for what was basically a milk shake.When we questioned this they said there wasn't a button on the register for it. We think they could put it in as a soft drink.
Review 10：The Staff were always helpful and pleasant. Could get towels from the Gym to use by the pool and my Daughter, her fiance' & Baby son were made welcome at the hotel although they weren't staying there.

Review 15：The service was simply impeccable by the entire staff. You can tell that they are making a genuine effort to keep their guests content. As for the facilities, considering that this is Chiclayo, it was all good.
Review 16：Very modern hotel with competent and friendly staff. We loved the food in the restaurant. There is a shuttle service to the airport (max 10min) and they also have a printer for only printing boarding passes.
