Review 1：This is a hotel that had a great standard and good value for money some years back. However the prices have increased with no or little renovation or improvement of the service. Rooms have interior from the 90's and smoking is still aloud in the lobby. The accommodation and service of this hotel do not indicate a 4-star hotel with an average day price of 100€.

Review 2：The location of the hotel is very good with a smooth access to the hotel beach, good sunbeds and in general good service at the beach. Also the pool / spa area is nicely facilitated.

Review 3：Hotel bar and terrace close at 11pm? Too early and not everyone wants to move to bar at closed-in casino.

Review 4：The spa staff are fantastic - especially Jovana and reception ladies. The restaurant staff are also very helpful. You place runs like a well oiled machine.

Review 5：As a non smoker the place reeked of cigaretes.We must have been the only non smokers there.Even though the rooms were non smoking the smell reached our rooms and there was no way to get away from it.The staff did not seem friendly or very knowledgable and we had to go to reception many times to get things done in our room or to ask how things worked.

Review 6：The location of this resort is great on the beach with wonderful views.The room had a large terrace where you could sit 2 people comfortably and watch the sun set into the sea.

Review 7：- the staff was horrible - rooms were the same as they were in 1990's - the food was fair, but mostly the same food every day - too expensive for the quality and service.

Review 23：The staff on reception have no idea of service . we were given a twinroom and when we asked for a double they simply moved the beds togetherbut did not change the bedding so it was 2 single duvets etc - not adouble bed at all. They had a very loud concert on the beach on oursecond night - we were not able to use half of the facilities at thebeach bar and service was incredibly slow because they were catering forthe band etc. We could not sleep until after 1am because of the loudmusic, but we had not been told this when we booked the room and nocompensation was offered. At the bar we asked for a cocktail from themenu - to be told they didnt do cocktails - I siad they were on the menuand the waiter shrugged "not my problem". Our room was at theback of the hotel so we overlooked a road - we could not connect to thefree wifi. Our bathroom although modern had mould and mildew around thetiles that had not been removed . The food was dubious - eggs atbreakfast had been sitting there for hours and looked disgusting. Iwould not recommend this hotel other than as a good location - it istotally overpriced and certainly does not deserve the star rating basedon service -

Review 24：One thing I truly hate is the shower. There is only a small glass door that does not come out far enough to prevent water for pouring out of the shower. Maestral needs to fix this.

Review 26：I didn't like that as a guest I should have to pay 10€ extra to usethe sauna. The outside pool is a little small. In summer I think it getsvery crowded.

Review 32：carpets want changing - they are cleaned regularly but the dirt stains are very old and they are everywhere - in halls and rooms which looks disgusting the service is ok but could have been more attentive the food at the buffet is rather good and is worth its price but the is heated poorly and once even hot water was not hot enough to make tea
