Review 1：Unfortunately my room was next to a family with a tribe of noisy children, who incessantly ran in and out of the foyer area letting the door bang on their way too and from the pool area. Children monopolized the pool area for the entire duration of my stay so I did not get a chance to swim at all.
Review 2：It's a lovely resort, in a great location and the staff could not have been more helpful.
Review 3：Our car was broken into in your secure compound and our IPad was stolen along with another xmas present of no value this exercise cost us to Repair of the Curser's window and belt moulds $1014.60, replacement of the IPad $1027.95 plus our time chasing around for these incidentals.
Review 4：the beds were comfy, clean, easy access, staff were thoughtful and prompt (tv not operational and was replaced immediately), swimming pool and BBQ areas great. quiet position, shops close by if needed.
Review 5：The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They have air conditioning in all rooms. The bbqs are clean and have all equipment with them you might need. The pool area is clean and lots of chairs to sit,lounge on. The pool is bigger then the photo on the website.

Review 8：The pillows! Too high and uncomfortable to sleep on. We only stayed one night but apparently could have gotten others but we went to bed after reception closed! Would be good if the spare pillows were a different style to the ones on bed so there is choice!

Review 11：There should be a relationship with the resteraunt Latitude 28, which sits at the front of the site. There should be a menu for them in the room. They should have room service from the resteraunt. It should be open for breakfast. I can't see why there is little to no relationship between the two. It is a win win for both businesses and customers alike. You need a larger sign and your address should say Mable street. you arre not on the main road address given.

Review 22：The studio we stayed in was exceptionally clean. The complex was actually very quiet when we stayed, which was great. It also had doors out to the pool. The complex is very secure and if its only a short stay then the pub/restaurant at the front of the complex is fine for drinks and food.

Review 25：Don't like bedside clocks that function as night lights, interfering with sleep: this is a common problem in accommodation. The parking would have been uncomfortably tight had the downstairs unit also been occupied.

Need to make bays marked to give each other spaces e.g. a line and room number marked. Could make do with a bin for kitchen area, under the sink about the size of medium under sink bin.

Review 41：Lounge was quite low, not really comfortable but adequate. Main issues were getting into accommodation as no way of holding door open. Surely a hook or something could hold door open to assist with getting on with luggage. Parking difficult as very narrow bays. If my husband hadn't been with me I would have struggled. Restaurant not door poor. We were told there would be 20 min wait as busy! About 6 tables in bar and only one other in restaurant. Loads of staff sTaff so hard to see why they struggled. They brought out complimentary chips for us to enjoy while we waited which was appreciated but quality of food on arrival was only fair and I'd not go again based on our experience. Prime location given apartments next door but need to lift their game and reduce their prices.

Review 43：Located on the outskirts of Geraldton, it's not the best location if you want to be close to the town centre. Also no free wifi. Offering complimentary wifi seems to be an issue in some hotels in WA. It really should be free to paying guests.

Bathroom needed some retiling in shower - cracked tiles near the water line looks like it is doing some structural damage to the wall. Light over desk/dressing table area didn't work. Just a little bit of maintenance and carpet cleaning overall

Review 82：Stairs, with 3 doors to get past. First stay was good on ground floor, 2nd stay was a pain. As I was put in a 1st floor room and had 3 doors with key card locks to get past and the stairs. Seemed pointless over kill on the door swipe locks
Review 83：Modern and well kept appartments, quiet location where i've always slept well. Couch is a bit avgerage on the comfort levels but the beds are always good and the aircon's quiet mode is very good.
Review 84：We had a bottom apartment and the upstairs apartment was very noisy due to the building not having sound proofing also the two apartments have the same entrance door which slams every time somebody enters or leaves. These would not be new issues ,so will not be returning for another stay.

Review 97：Disappointed with the overall comfort. The parking was terrible. Spent the entire time juggling vehicles with the neighbour so that we could get in and out of our cars! The shower stall is dangerously high. I could not have a shower as I was terrified to get in it in case I slipped. The bed was rock hard and the pillows, whilst luxurious, were way too big and high. Consequentially I hardly slept. No water jug in the apartment. Enough milk for about 2 cups of tea. The security gate wasn't working and remained open almost the entire stay. Over all, not impressed with the $200 per night stay.

Review 112：This is our 2nd time staying here over 18 months. The TV reception is very average. Some channels won't work. We experienced this on our first stay also. Toilet was faulty & electrical box in master bed was buzzing and annoying whilst sleeping. Although the Couch was clean & maintained, it definately was in need of replacing as the springs in sofa seemed to have died. For what you pay, these little maintenance issues such as the TV, should be dealt with urgently. Obviously it's an ongoing issue with these apartments.

Only complaint would be the extra large, most uncomfortable pillows....for the 2nd time.
