Review 1:We had a hard time figuring out the temperature settings in the room, but we also did not ask for help. And, the comforters were warm and comfortable-so we were happy.
Review 2:The hotel was beautiful. The food that was included was very good. We loved the coffeehouse on premise. The staff at the hotel were lovely and accommodating.

Review 6:My wife and I really liked location, colonial stayle, spacious and clean room, really clean property, staff were very helpful. Parking is behind the hotel but is gated and secure plus the security guard would open the gate at any time with no hesitations.

Review 8:The friendliness and attention to our needs by the staff was exceptional. As we cannot speak any Spanish they went out of their way to understand our needs. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee shop very nice. The rooms were quiet and the beds very comfortable.
Review 9:I had the unfortunate experience that the AC in my room was extremely noisy, I reported it but when I arrived it still was that way. The towels and cloth napkins at the restaurant were all poorly washed.
Review 10:Place is located spot on the walking streets with small shops and restaurants. It's an old building renovated to a hotel. It is not a hostel, it has hotel service.
Review 11:The hotel is small enough where you do not go unnoticed yet privacy is respected. The decor is beautiful and the entrance, lobby, and rooms are kept clean. The wait staff in the restaurant is wonderful and the hotel staff is pleasant and courteous.
Review 12:The only issue was the pillows were bricks. I'm not a picky person but I woke up with a very stiff neck. Byo pillow and it's perfect.
