Review 1：Internet connection was poor. It's a little up the mountain from Sorrento but the hotel has a shuttle to and from town.

Review 2：Quiet location. Big room, comfortable beds, great bathroom. Great view. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, 3 minutes, from the hotel. Hotel has lunch and dinner too but we didn't eat there.

Review 3：Could be vegetables for breakfast! And for 4 stars hotel wifi should be free of charge.

This is a family business and the staff are extremely kind and helpful - ensuring you are comfortable and well informed of travel arrangements for this very busy, congested area. The hotel shuttle bus to Sorrento, with its excellent driver, worked well for us.

Review 20：We booked the Villa but we got a Hotel and it was great. Staff and service excellent. Large room with a perfect view. Free shuttle bus to Sorrento.

Review 21：1. There was quite a bit of noise from early morning onwards, caused by a rather large group of adolescents who were on an organized tour. 2. By the time we got down to breakfast at 9.30am, most of the breakfast was cleared away and almost every table had left overs from the youngsters' earlier dining. There was only one single male waiter clearing away the unapatizing left overs, throught the time we spent in the dining room. 3. The food itself was rather basic.

Review 22：We received a warm and efficient welcome and were upgraded to a room with a view onto the sea. The room was clean and the bathroom well equipped.

Review 23：The only thing I would have against the Villa is pity the doors on the rooms were not a bit heavier as could hear every noise passing as all floors were tiled but having said that it wasnt too bad

Review 24：The location of the hotel was excellent for what we were looking for , in the countryside but beside a beautiful wee village and only a short bus journey to Sorrento . The staff were lovely and very helpful and also spend time lying by the pool soaking up the sun and just chillin out , while on other days we just jumped into th car we hired and drove to all the fabulous sights that were not too far away . So over all great hotel to use as a base for sight seeing and also to spend days relaxing .

Review 25：To gain access to the frdge we had to ask reception to turn it on, andbuy something for it. Tv was similar, no fee but had to ask receptionto set it up. No wi-fi available for free, however computer withinternet access was available in reception. No tea or coffee facilitiesin rooms. These comments are minor issues, and does not detract from agreat villa.

Review 26：The villa only a short walk from the hotel hermitage was excellant weprefered to be away from the main hotel. The breakfast taken at thehotel was excellant as much as you want no limits. The swimming pool wassuper clean, a baby pool was attached but very safe. Free bathing towelsare supplied. The local town of sant'agata is lovely with a few bars andresturants,mini's is recommened great food the town is only a fewminutes away. The shuttle service provided (free) is a god send as youare about 15/20 mins away from Sorrento book you place a day in advanceservice runs from 8.30am until 11.15pm-a taxi will cost about 40 euros.A bus stop is right outsde the hotel but doesn't run late. Free use ofcomputor in reception

Review 27：Nothing for us not to like but the only suggestion I had was for alittle better lighting in the bathrooms that had no window.

Review 28：Having done so much research before this trip for myself &12 family &friends to find a place to stay,I am so happy that I chose this Villa &it*s location.The Villa Romita was a great place with a beautiful viewof the sea from our room & many of the 22 rooms & also the rooftopsolarium. It was comfortable & very clean.Being part of the GrandHermitage Hotel was also a big plus.The owner,Renato & his staff,William,Salvatore,Franco & Antonella were so very and helpful with lotsof suggestions for tours and things to do .We were always greeted withbig smiles ! Being able to use all the amenities of the hotel was adefinite plus!!! And we used them everyday,before & after returning froma day of touring! A 5 minute walk to the little town of St.Agita fromthe Villa was fun to explore,shop & have good pizza & great gelato! Alsowith a reservation,their 14 passenger van would dropped us off inSorrento for some shopping and picked us up @ a certain time to returnto the Villa.So glad not to use the public transportation! I could go on& on,but this should sum it up,ALL 13 of us would be happy to returnagain & most likely will some day! Thank you Villa Romita &GrandHermitage Hotel !!!!!

Review 29：We didn't like the staff attitude during the first day. We received a room in the old section of the hotel without prenotice. The room was smelly with view to the woods mostly where a view to the beach was promised. Each service in the hotel (including TV) is on pay. The WiFi connection is overpriced (5 Eu per hour). We tried to leave the hotel one day early and did not get a full refund although we told the hotel manager about our wishes >48hours ahead..

Review 31：We had a fab view over Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. The hotel is a way out of Sorrento but they run a very useful shuttle to town and back.
