Review 1：The front office persons were very rude, asked very private questions, no consideration, made sarcastic comments, AC was not working. You will not feel like staying in this hotel, checked out in few hours and found a better hotel

Review 3：Nice hotel, But Booking.com site says its 2km from the airport. In reality it is 5.4kms to arrivals/departure terminal. Dirty and limited poolside furniture, only two sun loungers.

Review 5：I'm well happy, just had my evening meal, sweet and sour seer fishwith steamed rice. Delightful and plentiful! The 100ml dry gin n tonicreasonably priced made my evening!! Always judge a restaurant byit's attendance, if the locals go then thumbs up !! I was the onlyforeigner !! Can understand little frustrations here and there (internet reviews), but little patience is required as this is Sri-Lankanot automated Europe! My room deluxe with balcony is very comfortable,great huge bed with thick sprung mattress and my bed sheets look brandnew, crisp and fresh, 4 comfy pillows too. The pool was cleaned at myrequest but then it rained so I missed out. As a single traveller Iwould of liked the breakfast to be included in the price but can'tcomplain this is a pre flight treat for me, a/c room too, jolly fineafter my rented bungalow for the past three months with mosquito net. SoI'm sure the staff are willing and friendly and do their best toplease, just ask. The hotel is the other side of the airport so you needa Tuk Tuk from the airport perimeter. I paid 400 rs and agreed 500 for apick up to the airport next day. Good if you can arrange yourself asI'm sure the hotel would charge double. I was very impressed withthe tourist luxury bus from Colombo central bus station. Amazing,luggage in the under carriage and duper comfort and a/c andunbelievable price of just 110/- rs !!! I was dropped at the airportjunction. Came from Hikkaduwa on the a/c bus, charged me 250/-lush same for my luggage which took up a seat. So if you are travellinglight, this is the way to do it cheaply and comfortably. My onlycomplaint so far is that this hotel does not have hot water !!! But asever they are helpful enough and I have requested a bucket of hot waterto be brought to my room. But I would expect a hotel that charges 6,000for a room to have hot water. Even cheap guest houses are fitted withelectric showers these days.

Review 6：- blood stained bedsheets - smells disgusting - they advertise all rooms as air con but hide the air conditioning remotes at reception - the TV was advertised as flat screen satellite. It was actually a tiny old TV which belongs in 1982 - staff were rude - airport tuk tuk ride was 1000 rupees. It's only a 2km journey

Review 8：the management cheated us telling that the exchange rate for us.dollar is 120 rs. where as actually that days exchange rate was rs.133.when we asked the manager about it, he answered that this rate was for their hotel only. as we didn't have srilankan money with us we had no other option but to pay in dollars with lower rate of conversion thereby paying the hotel almost rs.1690 more.
