Review 8：Friendly welcome. Well equipped with beds - had a Z bed and settee as well as the 2 singles and a double. Internet access worked well. We went to Kapiti and they were happy for us to leave our car outside the reception overnight after we had checked out, which felt very safe to us. The Kapiti trip was cancelled for the first day, and we were impressed at the lack of fuss with which we got booked in for a second night.

Review 11：WiFi is not 'free' as advertised. Many motels and hotels mislead like this. One coupon for 1GB, a second for 200mb - after that its $20 for 1GB. The TV picture was very dark - possibly end of use.

Review 15：Lack of soundproofing meant lack of sleep two nights out of 3. Can hear every noise including water pipe noise. One bed was rock hard, the other dipped as it was too soft. Can hear voices and laughter thru walls, especially at 2am.shower curtain allows water all over bathroom floor. Dated kitchen and bathroom. All noises from kitchen go thru walls.no security locks on windows.

Review 22：Down side was the limited wifi facility which was only 200mb which is nothing really. Wifi should be unlimited. Didn't like the fact that they came and tidied the occupied room whilst I was away, but then again that's just my personal preference.

Review 116：i reserved the room with spa hydromassage 2 weeks earlier,since i was going on a trip very tired ,and the reception lady says my reserved rooms was not available, only makes us pay and then takes me to a room with 2 bedrooms , i told her i didnt reserve this, and she tell me that the room was rented blame the internet ,if i wasnt so tired i wouldnt have allowed this, with two chidren i needed to loose some stress i the spa ,we ended up withought out spa room ,i didnt want to go to a thermal pool a few tons earlier because i had the thought of laying on my spa with hydromassage ,this ruined my trip completely ,its not right to do this . there were many other motels with bathtub and i didnt take any other because i trusted in the reseve i had made in booking.com never again ,with travelbug there wasnt a single problem and arrived at their reserve safely and everything went well with them
