Review 1：Overall, the experience was excellent. If the management wish to turn this into an absolutely perfect hotel, they need to freshen up the pool and the room bathrooms, which are clean but look old/overused.

Review 2：Location is excellent, the views and surroundings are fantastic, the staff extremely helpful (especially the receptionists and waiter Bojan Lazovic, other waiters very helpful too). The price was quite appropriate. The size of room was good, as well.

Review 3：Really bad service. First of all we booked Junior Apartment, but they gave us an normal room. in the reservation we should have 45 square meters for our room, but actually the room they gave us was smaller than 20 squaremeters. We spoke with the reception, but they said like that the room they gave us is an junior room. The staff was really unserious to speak with.

Review 4：The staff - poor English and poor communication skills; reception staff- unfriendly, uninformative (didn't give us any information aboutthe beach they had a contract with not to benefit from the discount),impolite, trying to overcharge the final bill by hundreds of euros (themanager simply blamed it on the computer system!!! When we asked her torectify the bill) The beach - the one they had a contract with, hard toreach - we had to take the stairs passing by a stinking ditch!

Review 25：The staff are welcoming and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite and our room was luxurious and we loved all the delightful touches that went along with the boutique theme of our room. Even though our room faced the sea, the noise and traffic outside was very muted and we had a perfect night's sleep. We had so much to do in Budva but we did not want to leave the hotel. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast buffet in the morning and then a delicious afternoon wine and cheese spread after a busy day. It is such a beautiful and restful oasis. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags for the day. Even though we were early, we were welcomed to use the restaurant terrace to relax and refresh. When we, reluctantly, had to leave we forgot to organize a transfer to the airport and the reception went above and beyond trying to hail us a taxi at a very busy time. We absolutely will stay at the Hotel Residence again and again!

Review 27：I was on a bussiness trip and had a very important skype calls. I have to say that internet connection was very good. Later I had information from the reception that the hotel has implement optical cable so there no problems with internet. Hotel location is very suitable it has options to go on Przno beach, Sveti Stefan, Kamenovo beach and also to visit Budva, Porto Montenegro etc. Location is in small peaceful village called Przno makes your stay unforgetable. Hotel and rooms are very clean. This is family owned hotel and you feel this welcoming atmosphere and personal touch all the time. Food is very tasty, excellent offer on buffet for the breakfast and young and professional stuff. I would reccomend to try travarica which is local homemade brendy.

Review 28：Where to start? On arrival we moved a chair in the suite to find food and a dead moth(Large) underneath it. The fridge wasn't working. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain: there was a large piece of soap in the works. The advertised bathrobes were nowhere to be seen and the receptionist advised that they may be available tomorrow. It was quite a hot day and the room temperature was high but the AC was not on. They told us that this was still there winter season and it wouldn't come on for another week. Eventually they brought a portable unit, which worked but spilled water all over the carpets. Incidentally the carpets are very tired and dirty and have bleach marks in numerous places. The first night we discovered that the curtains didn't keep the light out because they weren't wide enough for the window. Two people came from housekeeping, on seperate occaisions, to fix the unfixable. After a third complaint a senior delegation of manager and manageress turned up to make a fix while we were out. The only thing the achieved was to leave open the french windows so that the AC hadn't been on all day and the curtains were just the same. We suggested to one of the directors that a third curtain be added. That solved the problem. Other misrepresentations concern the pool. Yes, it is small but it would still have been nice to cool down if it wasn't dangerous. The steel ladders sway alarmingly and the tiles are fall ing away from the sides. Less than 20 feet to the left another hotel or an extension is being built. Frankly it's a mess: there's noise, builders traffic and debris all over the place. The little walk down through the forest is not a pleasant experience its a rubbish tip. Svety Stefan doesn't need to worry. While the businesses in Milocer and Przno nodoubt play on their proximity: they are in no way connected

Review 30：I cannot fault this hotel! Beautiful big room with sea view balcony and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed and sofa with lots of channels on satellite TV. I stayed for four nights and the staff could not do more to help, they were wonderfully helpful. Great food in restaurant and good value for money. Fabulous location, 10 mins walk through nice park to Sveti Stefan beach, 10 mins drive to Budva and Petrovac. Room was cleaned to highest standards throughout my four night stay. One of the best hotels I have stayed in this year so far!
