Review 1:One morning (out of six) there wasn't any hot water in the shower. But there was a little later on that day.

Review 2:The staff was wonderful and the room was nicely furnished and comfortable. The hotel was a great value. There are several good restaurants nearby.

Review 5:I thought it was rude the way the treat my guest, I went to chiclayo to visit friends and family, after 8 years, I had friends and family stopping by to visit the entire week. On the 3rd night, I walked in with a family member, to be stop by security, with the excuse of the elevator card key reader is not working properly, I was surprise since the previous 2 days the elevator didn't required my room key to function, plus rest of the week. So he escort us to the desk to find the surprise of the receptionist saying what's going on? The receptionist noticed the security was trying to check if I was really staying in the hotel, I guess, after "running" my room key, the receptionist said everything good to go. Me and my guest proceed back to the elevator, and the security gird back again run behind to stop the elevator door with his hands and ask about my guest, requesting ids. I mean what that heck is going on? I can understand there are some security procedures, but come on!!, I was very upset the way this 2 guys handle the entire situation. I mean there is cameras all over the places, what else do you want, a blood sample??! Then on the 4th day my key room was deactivate it, I had go back and forth to get my key fixed. Breakfast was ok,there were variety, how ever I don't think food was very tasty. To be honest, I was not please, I think their customer service needs improving

Review 6:Overall, the hotel was clean and modern

Review 7:My cash card disappeared into the cash machine in the hotel lobby. I had to cancel my card using my mobile phone, which cost me GBP £7.88. It wasn't the hotel's fault but the machine should have been tested properly by the bank.

Review 8:The spaciousness of the room, the comfortable beds, the swimming pool, breakfast, complementary drink in the bar and the helpful and efficient staff. Our safe stopped working because the battery had run out but it was up and running again when we returned later that day. Our room was near the top of the building away from the main road so it was fairly quiet so we got a good night's sleep.

Review 9:The toilet/the tank was noise with the water running,but as soon as I called the reception desk ,they sent somebody to fix the problem.

Review 24:The spa pool never really heated up, the water was always a bit tepid. The hotel seemed to be full as it was Easter and, as the dining room is not large, there were times when people were waiting for a table at breakfast time. Reception of the channels on the TV was not great; the picture seemed to be affected by some sort of interference.

Review 25:We especially liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We were always met with a friendly greeting every time we entered the hotel. Any request for things like extra towels were quickly fulfilled. Location is great; five minutes drive from the airport and three blocks from the main square and cathedral. Plenty of dining options close by. There is a Metro supermarket two blocks away, two pharmacies across the road and banks within one block. The concierge helped to organise a driver, at a very reasonable cost for the three days we had in Chiclayo. This was much more convenient than the group tours offered by nearby agencies. We had a triple room that was very big. It had three double beds so we had plenty of room. Bathroom was not large but sufficient. Plenty of hot water. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast was reasonable. The same things every day except for one of the two hot options which changed daily.

Review 26:Rooms small and poorly equipped bathroom minute with hardly any space for usual equipment for a couple. Restaurant mediocre, bar uninspiring.

Review 28:When we originally asked about the parking over the telephone the person answering our question seem to indicate that the parking was in another location ..when I arrived in my truck from Lima after driving for hours up the Pan American I was surprised to find the car park was right next to the hotel and perfect for my gas guzzling truck and trailer ...perfect location and easy ,,,great room great beds ,,well massive room and clean ,,, all excellent thank you

Review 29:Not enough staff on check inn, employee appeared rushed. Strong smell of cigarette entering our room from a lower floor via the ventilation shaft. Gym needs to be better.
