Review 1：Our room was next to a water heating unit making a lot of noise so sleep was impossible in the bedroom. Slept in the main room on second bed.

Review 3：Single bed hard on my back. Have a sore back anyway. Noise of the traffic, but that's what u get when next to main road

Review 7：There was no one above us for our two nights, but by the racket that the few footsteps that did go across made, I could see that would be a problem... but then that's a function of wooden floors... so I guess not much can be done about it.

Review 10：They up graded us to a one bedroom unit on the ground floor when they realised I had trouble with my legs. When booking a studio unit I didn't realise they were all upstairs.

No airconditioning - the fan just moved the hot smokey air around Tired looking bed coverings The cheapest plastic toilet seat that threatened to crack when sitting on it. Shower was antiquated

Review 39：I work as a health & saftey officer for a TRUST who have 35 dissabled clients. I did conplain to the manager,about the shower,it spread water all over the bathroom floor even the toilet and toilet roll were wet. The toilet seat had broken fittings underneith,and it tipped sideways when you sat on it, I do not consider safe. One grab rail for the shower had a broken weld. The wall seat for the shower had broken the lining away and on inspection I found rotten wood in the wall behind the broken lining in the shower. All these things were in our opinion health & safety problems. I pointed all these faults out to the male owner and he appeared to be quite dissintered. I consider it that this is totally over priced. a very dissapointing stay.

Review 46：I was staying there to go to an occasion in Paraparumu, the kitchenette allowed me to keep food for breakfast the following morning, and to iron my clothes (which were a bit travel worn) before going out. It was very comfortable and peaceful.
