Review 1：Breakfast was disappointing - we were looking forward to freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh coffee, neither materialised. The safes in the bedrooms were awkward to lock and needed maintenance .

Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff, shuttle service into Sorrento was very useful.

Review 3：The WiFi signal in the room was not only poor, but the system kept logging me out every time I stop using my computer or my phone went to sleep. The log-in process required every time, a long user ID and an eight number password. I went to the front desk to complain because when I booked the room I specificaly requested a strong WiFi signal in the room. I started the conversation with a person that was at the front desk and, when I showed a firm but polite position on my complaint, we were sharply interrupted by a gentleman sitting at a desk who, very rudely and almost shouting at me, dismissed my complaint with the argument that "it is what it is; this is the south of Italy". Needless to say that the conversation got uglier, until he identified himself as the manager/owner of the place. On his favor, I have to say that the very next morning, the sign in process got significantly easier and, when I went down for breakfast, he intercepted me to tell me about the new sign-in process and that on Monday a technician will come to resolve the constant log-out issue. If an attitude like this is very bad for an employee, it is absolutly unacceptable for someone with management/ownership responsabilities. If you ever go to this hotel, be careful if you are going to complain about something. You might get bark at, even though you are right as it was my case. And the signal strength in the room was still poor.

Review 5：The building is outdated and can't function as a more than 2 star hotel in 2015-standards. The walls are paper thin: you can hear every step and word of your neighbours. Beds are old and hard. Shower is in the bad with a shower-curtain. Wifi logs off every time, costs you more than a minute to get in it again because of long personal codes. The building looks and is old: it needs a paint job & restoration. Breakfast is limited; you even have to set your own table. Probably worse coffee-machine from Italy (for breakfast). Hotel is mainly used by guest from a travel-operator; these people will pay way less per night compared to you via a booking-website.

Review 7：The location is 20 mins out of town so you are very dependant on the shuttle service and tied to its times. Taxis are not an option as they are 50e each way

Review 9：The hotel is located up the hill from Sorrento some 15min. A shuttle bus was provided for set times - these were not always the most suitable. The wifi kept dropping out and was difficult to use. The breakfast was very ordinary. The area around the pool needs to be retiled.

Excellent food, especially evening meals - though quality of some breakfast items not so good (eg. synthetic OJ from a machine, tinned fruit salad) - but plenty of choice. Fantastic views from most rooms and from outside.

Review 13：The excursion to Capri was to be added to my room charges but the tour operator wanted cash - so had to fight this out with the tour operator as I did not bring enough cash that day to pay him - put a damper on the excursion.

Review 17：The hotel or the Booking .com should give options regarding pick-up from either the train station or someother spot in Sorrento. The had an very expensive taxi drive to reach the hotel at 8PM. And if possible mention this hotel is not at a walkway distance from the city centre.

Review 20：5 minute walk from the centre of Sant'Agata su due golfi, and a 20 minute car ride from Sorrento. The hotel provides shuttle service to and from Sorrento city centre. We used it as a stop off between Ischia and the Amalfi Coast. Beautiful views of the Bay of Naples, and the rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The breakfast is plentiful. We didn't try the restaurant in the evening, as there are some good places in the town centre nearby. Staff were very professional and helpful. Parking is free, but wifi is not. Pool facilities are a pleasant addition.

Review 25：I can't really fault the hotel at all. It is in a perfect location with great facilities. The only very slight thing is the hair dryers in the bathroom need updating. I didn't take one as the details said there was a hair dryer, but it was't really much use.

Review 26：The hotel is out of Sorrento in a quiet area, but the location means the hotel has spectacular views. Well worth paying extra for a sea view, and there is a free shuttle bus down to Sorrento. There is a small town a very short walk with places to eat and drink, shops, bank etc everything you need really. The hotel staff were attentive, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room we had was lovely, lots of Italian charm. The pool was great with plenty of sun beds. We were there in June and it didn't feel busy or overcrowded. Pity some selfish people felt the need to put down towels early and take the beds with best views everyday. The hotel provide towels so you don't need to take beach towels.

Review 38：Room at back of hotel they were not very full as first day they had opened for season but still were not prepared to give us a sea view room unless we paid extra. Price of beer very expensive. Breakfast not very nice, juice out of a machine horrible, coffee from a machine was even worse. Pool had no water in it.

Review 41：It was a great hotel, it's a perfect place to spent new year's eve, theview is amazing and the staff is really great, very attencious. It's hasa place to park your car, and that helps a lot if you are with you carin this region of italy. Very comfortable and breakfast is good (foritalian standards).
