Review 1：Was great, kids loved the two pools , the giant pillow and play ground and scooting around the caravan park. Staff were friendly and great that you can hire dvd's too !! Will definitely go back again

Review 4：We arrived Mandurah park only to realised the room I booked didn't come with attached toilet. Without hesitation,the staff passed . mentor key of my chalet and another one with toilet to check them out. Appreciate the great hospitality.
Review 5：The layout of the cabins meant that the car park of the neighbouring cabin was right outside the main bedroom which was a bit noisy.
Review 6：Great location to town with a large shopping centre very close by. The park had lots of wildlife which was really pleasant. The cabins were very comfortable and well equiped.
Review 7：Staff were very friendly and helpful. Took the time out to answer all our questions and make sure we understood we were where going. Upon arrival they gave a small guide book and map of the area which gave some great tips on what to go and see.

Review 14：When booking I did not realise that your park was part of Top Tourist Parks group of which I am a member. When booking in I enquired re this & on presenting my card was advised that a $12 refund would be credited to my credit card on Sunday night 23/8. This does not yet appear to have been processed ? Please check & advise.

Review 31：I was promised an upgrade to a cottage with it's own shower and toilet and was disappointed to find it wasn't so. We didn't prepare ourselves to use public amenities so were inconvenienced as far as towels, bathrobes, footwear, etc were concerned.

The location was handy to town although still a $18 taxi ride but that may have been higher as we stayed on a long weekend. The staff were really lovely. The extra actvities eg: jumping pillow and pedal karts were a hit for my son...and over all the layout and bali themed bbq and pool area's were beautiful and peaceful. I am looking forward to returning. We also had 2 shetland ponies at the back of our unit which was superb :)

Review 75：We stayed in your chalet as we had to attend day surgery at the Peel Hospital with a very early start. It is very convenient to the hospital, when we live more than 2 hours away. It was also convenient to visit friends. Would recommend your park to others.

Review 78：A different kind of staycation, since Mandurah Caravan is completely different from the conventional hotels, motels and backpackers. Mandurah caravan was quite easily accessible with the help of GPS directions, quite near to the city, which means those basic amenities are quite near to obtain from. The cleanliness of the whole tourist park & the rooms including the common washrooms & bathrooms were brilliant. I made the trip with my parents and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mandurah caravan & tourist park. I would recommend this to any traveler planning to (or) taking a trip down south of perth via Mandurah to stay here.

Review 81：The water in the shower constantly went from very hot to very cold. This was terrible and would stop my ever staying there again. The kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable. Sitting for more than 10-20 minutes was impossible. We tried pillows on the chairs but this did not work. They probably need soft squidgy, flatish, cushions that overhand the seats a bit. It was a fair way out of Mandurah itself but this was not a huge problem.
Review 82：We loved the chalet itself. It was very clean and roomy, had large cupboards with big mirrors, two televisions, and the beds and pillows etc. were very comfortable. The kitchen facilities were just right and It was like the perfect place to stay. There were also some beautiful large old trees in the grounds.
