Review 1：absolutely wonderful place. peace and calm. the room is warm, cozy and comfortable. the breakfast is reach and tasty. we liked spa facilities too. it was so good, we prolonged 2 days over))

Review 2：There is no elevator, though it's only one floor.

Review 6：On our third day at the hotel, the receptionist suddenly told us that they have a problem with our bed sheets because the dog fur didnt wash off completely. She immediately said that we should pay for the sheets because they were new. We got quite upset because we are paying 50 PLN per day for the dog, this is not the first time we stayed at a hotel with our dog and no one ever asked us to pay for fur on the bed sheets. I told the lady that the fur can easily be taken off with a fluff remover, although she continued to argue with me about their policy of not allowing dogs on the bed and she even asked me if carry this "special" brush with me. Eventually, she said that she will give us a bed spread to cover the sheets and the matter was resolved. Why couldn't she suggest that in the first place instead of asking us to pay and argue?! This unpleasant situation was quite a dampner to our vacation. If you are so worried about dog fur on the bed sheets then don't allow dogs in your hotel!!

Review 7：The hotel is well maintained, the grounds are big and it is located by the lake. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the lake. Nice pool, though the water could be warmer. Staff at the restaurant were very pleasant and welcoming.

Review 8：Obiekt czysty, komfortowy położony w pięknym miejscu z niesamowitym widokiem na jezioro. Bardzo przyjemna część SPA z ładnym basenem, Idealny relaks po całym dniu pracy. Bardzo dobra kuchnia, solidne śniadanie w formie bufetu szwedzkiego.

Review 20：Little things like sliding carpets on the stairwell and a missing lightbulb in the room. No individual bedside reading lights for each side of the bed. Water not replaced in the fridge on a daily basis and no instructions about the hotel, spa or environs spa in English. I had to ask for the sauna and steam room to be switched on. The spa closed at 19.00hrs.

Review 26：very outdated furniture in room, broken or missing bits and pieces, chaotic kitchen organisation - hotel was almost empty and it took more than 1 hour to be served! We got the feeling that hotel was in pre-season waiting mode....Pool only open until 19h - too short for people who want to relax in the evening. But on request, reception added 1 hour, thx:)
