Review 1：Housekeeping staff and others were very prompt and professional. The junior suit was comfortably large enough for 2adults and 2kids. We liked the variety of the breakfast too!

Review 2：The staff from the bar lobby was not too happy when we ordered close to closing time (shortly before 11pm). Smoking is allowed in the hotel lobby, which affects the air quality (while enjoying a drink in the lobby).

Review 3：The hotel is very clean, and the food is very good. We've also had very pleasant massages! Very nice staff at the reception and restaurants, they attended all our requests. The hotel overlooks the main street and the valley, the views are very nice.

Although nice choice for breakfast some items were not so hot or were reheated (we've been in summer and everything was almost perfect on breakfast time). On Christmas Night they should not allow smoking (although I'm a smoker) because there were so many children. Small pool for so many people.

Review 10：First of all, we didn't like that the pets were allowed in hotel, also the kids playing football in the lobby !!! Breakfast is quite poor and not very well organized, there are only big tables, you hardly can find a place and the noise is unbearable, but this is a very child friendly hotel, the guests must take that into consideration

Review 16：The breakfast staff was extremely grumpy, they cleared the food whilst several tables were still eating, and then stood around drinking coffee staring at us. We were also disappointed that the spa and swimming pool were closed and we were only informed at check in. We mainly chose the hotel because of the spa facilities.

Review 41：The location is awesome, some hardship in finding their free parking lot, as it was poorly signalized. Breakfast was rich and various types of food available. The view from the dining area is spectacular. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi is top of the line.

Review 42：watertab in the room was a mistery... we thought it was going to explode. altough the spa was closed without any announcement for maintenance reasons during our whole stay, they refused any price reduction. furthermore the receptionists were not able to fill in the documents correctly... mixed Switzerland and Swaziland and Swiss and GB. Review 48：This is one of the most comfortable hotels in the region. Unfortunately I had a bad experience, after breakfast when i started to vomit all afternoon till evening few times. Also dinner before I had at this hotel. There had to be a problem with the food for breakfast. Different than my mother's breakfast meal (and she was feeling fine) were eggs and water mellon. So, watch out what you eat there at breakfast!

Review 57：I only stayed for one night but I can say that the overall feel is of an expensive hotel. I was able to secure a good deal through booking.com at a price similar to other 4 star hotels in the area which feel mundane in comparison. The staff was professional and very polite. They also have underground parking facilities located in a nearby building. The pool was small but nice and so was the jacuzzi. The restaurants located within the hotel are also quite good - I only tried Tirol which I would recommend if you are into Austrian cuisine (kind of on the heavy side). Should I decide to spend time in Sinaia again it would definitely be at the top of my list.

Review 58：- wifi doesn't work at all on the 8th floor! I've reported this, but no response. I had my own mini router and I used the wired connection that worked great! - breakfast was good, but after a week with the same food, I had a big dilema... - small pool, very small sauna! The hamam had a very bad smell!

Review 76：the parking is in the back and we had to wait quite sometime for someone to show up and open the gates to the parking. We were lucky we had the phone number of the hotel with us, otherwise nobody was there. The hotel has a great entrance, but it is closed for cars. Quite stupid. The bar is only open until 10 pm. we came there especially as they had a pool and fitness room. When we booked we did not they would be closed. No such sign at the reception about that. Also, at check in, they made us sign a document allowing them to withdraw money from the card, in case we left and they discovered we used more staff from the bar than what we declared, and more. This is really dangerous as they can use your card in this way for whatever reason. They withdraw the money and then you have to argue with them and get your money back. We did not sign it, but I wonder how many people actually read that document when they receive it at check in.

Review 80：I had an appointment at the hairdresser (as I was attending a wedding) but when I arrived there were two persons still to be attended to and it was clear that I had to wait at least an extra half hour after the scheduled hour. The lady at the salon was taking her time with a client stoping frequently to chat while it was clear that she was in delay and should have hurried up to at least give the impression that she wants to attend to me also with as little delay as possible. I did not like the breakfast. Also, there was a wedding or an event in the hotel and the loud music made the one night stay uncomfortable.

Review 81：The room was comfortable yet some of the features were dated. The receptionists were very nice and professional.

Review 82：We've been upgraded from standard deluxe room to junior suite, which was a nice surprise. We took dinner at Tirol restaurant and it was fine, as usual. I appreciated also the underground parking place.

Review 102：- The hotel actually needs a deposit prepayment when booking your stay, although it is specified that they don't, and that they just pre-verify your credit card. For one night stay, they blocked 100% of the room rate. - Breakfast is poor, not at the standards of a four star hotel. The cheapest bread, and not so fresh, and no fresh juices, although, apparently, they were fresh (not presented in their original box).

Review 115：The pool is very small - max 10m length and there are less than 10 chairs near the pool which is unacceptable for a hotel of this size. There are only 2 elevators which is not sufficient for a hotel with over 100 rooms. When the hotel is crowded (which was the case) you can wait for 10-15 minutes for the elevator to come. The hotel has a private covered parking, but is very small considering the number of rooms.

Review 119：Breakfast - no natural juice, poor quality of cheese and ham, no croissants or similar pastry (only some specific Romanian cakes that were not so great). However, I have rarely found a very good breakfast in Romanian hotels, so this is not unusual. Long ques at the coffee machines. Only very large tables, so if you are a couple of 2, you have to sit at the same table with strangers, there are no tables for 2 or 4 (or very few). Long wait at the elevator. Long wait at the check-out as many people go in front of the line (Romanians) and the reception staff accepts that and serves them before the people waiting in the line. The room's door has to be closed very "strongly" in order to be properly closed, so it is quite loud and disturbing when people do that. In spite of all that, overall I loved the hotel and I think most of these things could actually be improved.

Review 120：The room is just perfect - elegant, comfortable, spotless clean, comfortable beds and pillows, soft carpet, nice TV (large enough for the size of the room and good view from the bed). The balconly was on the opposite side from the main street, it was quiet, fresh air. Temperature easy to control in the room. The hotel has a lot of facilities (pool, spa, beauty salon, bowling, etc) and two restaurants (I loved Restaurant Tirol and once I discovered it I only ate there). The staff is nice and helpful. However, considering there is not much to do in Sinaia (which for some time now looks like a construction yard), it is a bit too expensive. On the other hand the hotel is beautiful, so I will stay there again for some of my visits.

Review 124：I travel a lot to Iasi on business and this is by far the best one I've stayed at. The room is extremely comfortable, the Spa facilities are excellent, has a small gym but it's OK for a few days, the restaurant offers good food and the staff is amicable. The location cannot be better, next to the wonderful Palas complex, where you can find lots of restaurants and of course the mall.
