Review 1：There were no window and no mosquito net in the room.

Review 2：Hotel is located do close to the airport so we decided to spend there our last night on Sri Lanka before the morning flight. It was really good choice! The room was clean and nice. The owners were really friendly. Hotel is quite away from the city centre and restaurants but its not problematic, You can order tasty food in hotel or ask the owners for pick up by their tuk tuk :)

Review 4：The staff Asen and all were very nice to me.We celebrated the New Year in a traditional manner.Asen prepared me very tasty Srilankan food.The short stay before catching the early morning flight was very refreshing and enjoyable.I would definitely recommend this property.

Review 5：terribile, stinky, non-existent service - we had to ask every single thing (towel, linen, toilet paper, soap etc.), hotel stuff couldn't find even our hotel room's key. Bathroom was dirty.

Review 13：I arrived very late and the guys arranged to pick up in a tuk tuk everything I needed: dinner, water, etc. next morning they took me to the airport. Super friendly. All the guys were very attentive. I couldn't ask for more. The place is nice to spend a night after you arrive to the airport or just before taking your next flight back to your next destination.

Review 17：Room didn't have windows,no ventilation,there were building work going on in the front of the building, floor was not clean ,there were cob webs and some muck on the floor, could do with a bit of sweeping ,No food or drink available,not even a glass of water.No food outlets near by.So I had no dinner,no breakfast,I was starving ,In the morning I went to the air port & had a cup of tea & breakfast.Very basic accommodation ,i only spent one night there.

Review 19：I'm a backpacker but even I was taken aback at the state of this 'hotel'. Sure, it's $15 but even the most hardened traveler will be taken aback. When we entered the room, we were greeted by the heat that hit us. As we were staying for just 5 hours till our night flight, we needed somewhere simple to pack our bags. The caretaker refused to let us use the A/C and asked for more money to let us use the A/C. Oh well.. We left for another hotel next door as I didn't want to give a single dollar more to him. When we were there, we saw a young local couple staying, it is probably a love hotel but don't take my word for it.

Review 21：We booked in a budget fan room. When we arrived there almost midnight, they putted us into their ac room instead and asked us if we would like to pay extra sri lanka rupee 1500 for the ac. We said that we just want our fan room not the ac room which has no a single window at all and extremely hot. They said that no fan room available for us and they give us a portable fan if we don't want to upgrade. Its middle of night and near nowhere. In the end,we had a small fan in a room like sauna,outside is much cooler then our room.

Review 23：The only problem is the cab driver didn't know where the hotel was and it's quite difficult to find. Also, when we called nobody picked up the phone although we let the staff know that we arrive between 3 and 4. When we arrived, nobody was there and they guy was sleeping. The WIFI is included but the guy tried to tell us it's only free for AC rooms. In the end he gave us the code but still it was weird.

Review 24：It's a good location when you arrive late at night and you're too tired to drive all the way to Colombo. You'll save some money as well as you can catch the bus from there to Colombo the next day. The bus station is very close to the hotel. It's ok to sleep there for one night, not more.

Review 25：The room had no ventilation whatsoever and was hot as a sauna. When we arrived the bed had no sheet and the room was cleaned very poorly, there was still poop in the toilet and pee on the toilet seat...
