Review 1：Unfortunately our room had just had the carpet steam cleaned and smelt damp and wet for our 2 nights. It felt damp underfoot.
Review 2：One street back from the beach - walking distance to everything in Paraparaumu.
Review 3：Dirty couches had not been vacuumed for a while. Cleaner failed to service the room. Rooms are getting tired due for a revamp at some stage. No wardrobes for hanging clothes.

Review 5：Great location 2 min walk from cafe's and resturaunts. Hotel is quiet and suited us perfectly with a little baby. Free wifi worked well no issues. Rooms are fresh and clean and very comfortable. Will be recommending Copperfield to friends and look forward to staying here again!

Review 8：We had booked a studio unit but due to light bookings for the 3 days we stayed were upgraded to a kitchenette unit - enabling us to do our own breakfast. Great spa bath great to use after a day walking around Wellington.

Review 17：We are locals and stayed a night with our adult son due to work being done on our home left us without bathroom facilities for the night. The man at reception was very rude and abrupt. Not at all interested in his customers. Seemed almost accusing because I had got $15 off the normal price as though I had done something wrong. I explained I had merely booked through booking.com.

Review 80：At arrival the Reception stank of cigarette smoke. We could also smell cigarettes and a dog in the area outside our rooms. The noise (movement, showers, spas, conversation, etc) from people in adjacent rooms was high, late into the night and early in the morning. Our room was just a couple of metres from passing motel traffic. The beach here is not an attractive tourist site. The room was "tired" and poorly cleaned (eg. there was food still stuck to the cutlery!). The only place you could wash up utensils was in a small bathroom sink!

Some cleanliness issues, taps over sink in kitchenhad water marks etc on them, quite thick dust over hair dryer case, thevents for the spa were grubby around them and round tap. Apart from thatthe room felt clean and fresh. I have been a motel cleaner so maybe thisis why these things stood out to me.

Walls very thin. Could hear next door talking and snoring. Upstairs noise walking back and forth. Also passenger had to get out the car before parking. Limited space.Sorry but wouldn't stay again. Very dissapointing.
