Review 1：The hotel positions itself as 4* hotel and that is clearly being too pretentious: 1) quite a lot of maintenance work required (broken showers), and bathrobes with holes everywhere which I would even consider disrespectful; 2) spa area was disappointing too - for rooms sold at 350 pln/night they didn't even care turning the sauna on (even upon my request). I saw many disappointed guests, some went to reception and complained; 3) the breakfast table started to run out of food before the time, no espresso coffee offered (which I consider below 4* standard as well); 4) Wi-Fi signal is very weak in rooms; 4) although the staff is polite, they lack proper training. Upon check-out I was never asked about my stay. The only thing that was indeed 4* level was the price I paid, which was at the same level as in the nearby Hotel Król Kazimierz. I've been in that hotel as well and I can say without hesitation that the service over there was a level above Pensjonat Kazimierz.

Review 4：The location was great just by the river with forest view to the back, but with a small petrol station and main road to the front, however windows had good soundproofing so no noise. Walking distance to the forest and city center (Kazimierz Dolny is a very small town). Staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. Plenty to choose from at breakfast bar including cooked food, cornflakes, fruit, even cakes! Best of all- the use of Jacuzzi and sauna was included in the price and were very good indeed and available all day (unfortunately cost of spa treatment bit too expensive). Room was clean and beds very comfortable, the decor nice, modern, with art work of local artist. Also free parking for all guests!

Review 5：The room had a bathtub but no shower cabinet. This was not a problem for me, but my husband prefers showers to baths.

Review 6：Pensjonat Kazimierski is located across the street from the Vistula River and a 5-minute walk from the center of Kazimierz Dolny. The rooms are air-conditioned and this was a blessing, as we were there during a heatwave.

Review 9：Internet is not good enough, there are a few options to connect but all of them have some problems. Massage option is only in the morning, i wanted to have it in the afternoon or night after a tiring long walk in the day.

Review 18：Our a/c was faulty and made a loud intermittent buzz - enough to jolt you awake frequently throughout the night. Asked to change rooms for the second night or have it fixed, neither happened. Disappointing to have to use earplugs in a hotel of this quality.

Review 29：I had a meeting in Warsaw at 9 am and I wanted to be really sure I wakeup on time so I asked the receptionist for a wake up service for 6 am.Imagine how I felt waking up 8:20 by myself!!! Noone even said sorry! Itis not enough to build up a nice builiding but have a proper stuff thatknow how to behave. Comparing to Krol Kazimierz (where I ususally stayin Kazimierz Dolny) - hopeless!
