Review 1：WIFI signal very weak in the room but it worked when we opened the door. ;)
Review 2：The hotel is right next to the beach, we could see the sea from our balcony. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful.
Review 3：We arrived 7.30 pm on a very wet night and expected the restaurant and pizzeria as advertised. Nothing was available, but they did make a cup of tea. We were charged for the tea and the breakfast coffee next morning.

Review 5：The rest of the staff members provided absolutely shameful customer service. With a clear communication barrier, only one lady actually tried to understand and convey. The breakfast was effortless and they made us pay overnight city tax, which should be paid prior to check out, we were forced to pay 15 euros as we were in a rush in the morning to check out. Not to mention, Terracina doesn't fall under the Confines of Rome, we were basically robbed.
Review 6：As far as customer service. There were only two staff that honestly tried to please us, which we appreciated. The view from our room was brilliant and we practically had the top floor balcony to ourselves.
Review 7：Shower in room was tiny, even Bilbo Baggins would have struggled! Annoyingly Restaurant was closed on Monday not Tuesday as indicated in the hotel information so rushed plans for evening meal had to be made.

Review 10：We really liked the welcoming atmosphere, and the willingness of the proprietors to accommodate our needs, in spite of the fact that we don't speak Italian. We were very grateful that we were offered a ride to the bus station at departure time, since we didn't have a car and the hotel is a long walk from the center if the city. Also, it was great having the hotel right on the water front.
