Review 1：Location ,very close to the airport. Hotel offers drop off service at a good price Good meal is served at a reasonable price. Roof terrace. Furnishings. Friendly staff.

Review 3：The hotel is located near the Colombo airport and we got a complimentary pickup from the airport despite reaching there late at night. The staff is very helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Nice big and clean rooms in a peaceful surrounding. Even the owner met us in our room and shared helpful tips to travel around Sri Lanka. A recommended place to stay if you are looking for a place near airport.

Review 6：Its a lovely renovated villa, very close from the airport...we felt like we were staying at someone's home. The staff was kind and attentive. I was glad to find someone waiting for us when we got there even though it was 1:30 am! Breakfast was simple but good, room was clean, staff was kind and attentive.

Review 7：- The fact that our driver could not find the place (it is in a compound called Lion City and nobody on the way seemed to know where it was? DO take their phone number with you to call them for instructions. - The adapter melting as we turned on the kettle, which meant we had to open all windows for 30mns to get rid of the smell, resulting in mosquitoes entering the bedroom. I guess this is a once off but do check your adapter, if it says "Free adapter" ask for a new one.

Review 8：- The actual house is a colonial style house, with character. - The rooms are very large and comfortable. - The staff was excellent. - The evening meal we were served (Sri Lankan curry) was one of the best we tasted during our 2 weeks stay in Sri Lanka - The HUGE private terrace to have your evening meal, very exotic:) - The proximity to the airport

Review 10：Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Airport transfers were on the mark! So pleased. Allowed us to store our big packs whilst we traveled for no extra fee. Perfect for one night before or after a flight.

Review 11：There was a fridge in room but no milk.There weren't any tea bags in the room and this is Sri Lanka. No instructions on how to operate TV,set top box. It's a long way from restaurants and you are held captive to their exorbitant prices which are similar to Australian prices.All this would have be fine if the villa charged half the price.The room we booked was called Supreme Deluxe.My expectations were for a much higher standard.All staff and owner were very friendly as they should be ,when they are receiving double what its worth.

Review 13：Great staff. Owner Mohammed was very friendly, welcoming and takes such good care of his guests. Manager was great too. The food was fantastic especially the Sri Lankan curry and the biryani (rice dish) with chicken. Property had internet and TV (cable TV) Transport to the airport is available upon request. Review 28：Lot of Mosquitos, Ordinary Break fast The accommodation made arrangement for Car with Chauffeur. However despite our request that we require English speaking and well acquainted Chauffeur. We found that the Chauffeur can hardly speak English and was not well aware of Tourist attractions. Also they didn't tell us in the first place that we are also responsible to arrange the driver accommodation.

Review 39：The hotel is very convenient for travellers who need to be close to the airport for late night arrivals and departures. The management offers a pick up service from the airport. The location is 10 mins from the airport, but there is little aircraft noise at night. The owners are very hospitable and keen to meet guests' needs. Breakfast and (on request) dinner are served in the lovely garden or on the balcony. Meals are excellent and serves are generous.

Review 55：We've only spent a half night as flight leaving in the middle of the night so can't judge all aspects (eg. breakfast) but no mosquito net around bed only on windows that need to get repaired (as many mosquitos so we did not get much sleep). Overall it may be a bit expensive compared to other BBs we stayed in in Sri Lanka with similar facilities but a nice place with polite and helpful staff.

Review 68：The property and grounds are really lovely and clean with hardwood floors and classy furnishings. Room and bathroom was huge and for a great price. It was a holiday when we arrived so the owner kindly made us dinner himself. His employees were exceptionally helpful too. When our flight was cancelled in the middle of the night and we desperately needed to get home the owner stayed up and helped us through it, even calling the airport and airlines for us and letting us make international calls without charge. He eventually drove us to the airport himself. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough.
