Review 8：Poor staff customer service skills (for breakfast I asked to sit closeto a window and it was refused but then another couple arrived and theywere welcomed to sit there although they hadn't booked that table;apparently preference is given to some customers). Old room furniture,especially the bathroom which was not perfectly clean. Curtains were toothin and at 5-6 am it was not possible to sleep because of the light.The double bed was very small.
