Review 1：Unfortunately the Wi-fi access was poor. It was just not available in the bedrooms and some public areas. It was necessary for every/anybody wishing to use it to congregate in reception or in a communal area outside the main restaurant. Unusual in this day and age.

Review 2：A summer visit to a winter destination was made really pleasant by the inclusion of a Summer Card which gave us serious discounts on buses and cable cars etc. The other major plus point was the all inclusive package which made things seem cheaper and good value. The hotel's location adjacent to two cable car base points was absolutely wonderful.

Review 6：Wifi only available in lobby where you can't get a seat because everybody is trying to get Wifi and then theres not enough bandwidth to access your email We booked a double comfort room for an extra Euro 20 a night and it was exactly the same as standard apart from a balcony - not as shown in the pictures on Booking.com They took 30% deposit but on check out didn't apply it to our bill.

Review 8：Food was mixed, some was very good but some seemed like it came from a packet. Very limited choice especially for children & very few vegetables available. WiFi only available in the lobby.

Review 9：Very easy access to the lifts, nursery slope, ski shop & ski school. We were there at half term, no big queue, even in the morning, for the main lifts,
