Review 1：* Breakfast has lots of nice pastries, but always accompanied with cold scrambled eggs and not-good-quality sausages. * Too many (80%-90%) russian-speaking people – you decide if you like it or not. *

Review 3：The air conditioning in the room wasn't very powerful so it was rather hot at night. The gym facilities were a little outdated and not very well maintained.

Review 4：This hotel was a little slice of paradise, with a beautiful private beach, fantastic location, great sun beds and a lovely apartment. The staff were all wonderful and went out of their way to help us, offering shuttle trips to Terracina and even letting us print out our boarding passes, thank you! The restaurant was a great bonus, I've never had such delicious melanzana parmigiana, beautiful! Also, we thoroughly enjoyed our huge and varied included breakfasts. All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a beautiful and relaxing three days

Review 8：They need to trim up the front entrance and grounds . It would look a lot better if they would spend more time on the landscaping. I think they lose business because at first look at the front you are apprehensive. Once you walk in , meet them and see the rooms, everything is great.

Review 9：Restaurant is spectacular. AC works better than any other hotel in Italy. Balconies are huge and overlook the ocean. This hotel is on the beach.Try to get room 14 . It is larger than the others with a nicer bath. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Review 11：Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The location on a quiet beach, yet 3 km from the town of Terracina, was perfect. Staff arranged shuttle service to the town on request.

Review 12：Our special request for a room in a quiet area was ignored. We were in the room nearest the reception desk and its parking… Could hear people talking at the front desk and car engine running… We had a feeling that the staff wanted us to order and eat our supper as fast as possible… We could not connect to the Wi-Fi although we had no problem with the 15 or so other hotels we visited in Italy.

Review 19：This hotel was perfect for a family with two young children: the private beach was ideal for relaxing while watching the kids (not overcrowded!), the kitchen went off menu to try and meet picky little eaters' requests, but mostly, we loved the staff. They were courteous, bent over backwards to meet our requests for their shuttle into Terracina, and were just overall gracious and accommodating. A special thank you to Grimaldo, Sergio, Vincenzo, Biche (spelling?), Bojena, and Mimmo.

Review 35：What a dream, this hotel! Where would you find the sea right outside your doorstep? The right size as well, not too big, not too small, truly a family hotel. All is kept clean to perfection, almost too good to be true. Terracina leaves indelible memories and impressions of sublime decay mixed with perfectly maintained pieces of the via Appia right on the main square. WOW!
