Review 1：The 'spa' on rooftop is not real hot spring - as lots of inexperienced tourist said. It is just a small pool of hot water, and the whole area is extremely small, and has no outdoor facility.

The room faces the sea and beach which is a great value for the price paid for a 3 beds room. Pillow provided has both soft and hard side which one can choose which side to use. The staff are very polite. Has both sheltered and open car park. Sheltered car park is very convenient when it rains. Parking is free! In terms of location, it is just right next to American village which makes it very convenient for dining. hotel provides free wifi.

Review 26：This is our 2nd visit and we got a free upgrade this time. The hotel helped us put two beds together with a bed rail and also put a baby cot in our room. It's very close to the beach. The milk sold on the top floor was fantastic! Breakfast was good too.

Super clean and everything is so considerable for handicapped people, even the bath chair. Pay a little money can 洗衣, 按摩 chair, drink, ice cream and milk machine, swimming in beach , shopping, eating very easy. Cleaning and join local tours. Good Japanese style breakfast and provide a paper cup for drink take away.

Though an absurd situation, the waiting time of 25 minutes was handled well by the hotel. Heavy rains caused water leaks in the arrival lobby/reception area. Whilst immediately handled by the hotel, it still caused minor inconvenience.

The location is in the middle of okinawa, good for those travelling up and down. American village is just nearby and the view is good. It is considered a big room for a family even.

Review 110：There is basically nothing that I can comment the hotel negatively. Staff are helpful and friendly. They always respond promptly to our requests eg additional pillow. Breakfast buffet comes in a full variety. I like the flexibility of take-away breakfast and the 'to-go' coffee/hot chocolate. My children could choose to sleep in and have the breakfast brought back by us. They even provided us the lunch boxes for our convenience, very thoughtful There were few bicycles that we could borrow, fully enjoyed the nearby waterside promenade. Check in and check out processes were fast and efficient. We shall definitely come back to stay in this hotel in our next visit to Okinawa,

Review 111：Room is very new and clean. Helpful and friendly front desk and communicate in English. Location is great – near sunset beach, supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful ocean view. Breakfast contains many local food and taste really good. We are very satisfied for the 2-night stay!

Review 114：This is a new and modern hotel. Bathroom is very spacious, we skipped showers in our room and bathed in the large shared bath on the 10th floor. Note that it is not an onsen, rather steaming hot water measuring up to 42 deg Celsius. The large bath overlooks the East Sea, for viewing best to use it before dark. The bedding is "Simmons" and the pillow is very comfortable, there are 3 ways to lie on it depending on one's liking. If you have the yen to splurge and excess space in baggage, highly recommend to buy one from the reception. The hot press trouser stand available on free loan came in handy to dry our rain-soaked pants.
