Review 1：Room 3 : No idea how the location and safety situation regering this room has ever been approved by the official regulatory bodies such as Fire Brigade ?! The guests will feel trapped like animals if a fire would start at a lower level in the building.

Review 3：No elevator, very tight stairs. Parking was rather close but not easy toget to, a little confusing. They don't take credit cards.

Review 4：Right in the center of town. They provided me with a giant room with theonly balcony overlooking the square. Nice clean modern room. Plenty ofhot water. Wonderful breakfast directly on the property. Great beerselection in the restaurant downstairs.

Review 11：In the morning, there was no power nor hot water! Only as of 9am staff was available but I didn't want to wait so long. Breakfast only available as of 9am!

Review 13：staff was very gracious. the lack of amenities that made it a one-star were more than made up with the staffing, the many extras and the quaintness of the room, as long as you could climb the stairs.

Review 14：The heating wasn't great, so we got a bit chilly. Also, though breakfast was included with our room, the restaurant didn't serve it until 9 AM. We have young children who had been awake for hours already. There was no refrigerator or mini-bar in the room to store snacks or milk for the kids. Also, we stayed on the second floor with a narrow staircase - not very easy with heavy suitcases and strollers.

Review 15：The family room we rented was very large and comfortable, with a large bathroom with tub and ample space. The children had a separate room from us. There was a restaurant as part of the hotel, where we ate both dinner and breakfast. It was pretty, in the Market square along the river, very picturesque and quaint. Small hotel, only 3 rooms.
