Review 1：A bit dangerous at night walking to the local village as there was no pavement at one part.

Review 2：The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Facilities were excellent and the view out to sea magnificent. Shuttle was prompt and booking advised in advance due to space available.

Had a nice surprise on returning from town as a bottle of Prosecco on ice had been placed in our room, with congratulations for our honeymoon. The breakfast was mainly continental but absolutely lovely. The pool was a nice size and well maintained, and the pool steward was very helpful. Overall a fantastic stay.

Review 40：The staff were phenomenal, polite and extremely accommodating, for example before we arrived to the hotel the desk staff assisted me in finding transportation from the airport to the hotel, listing a variety of options. The rooms, though not modern, were very spacious, and the views were surreal. They provide excellent suggestions for restaurants providing pick up and drop off service. The breakfast was delicious and gave a beautiful spread and fresh juices.

Review 63：There was only really one option for dinner a three course menu with a choice of 3 dishes in each course. Compared to the excellent choice available at a number of local restaurants we found this unexcitiing and so ate our every night after the first. The hotel price of 25 Eu for dinner was not dissicult to match in town. The drawback was however the road from the hotel. It was a very busy road and the first 300 metres form the hotel had no footpath. It could therefore be very intimidating to walk along with scooters, motorbikes, cars, busses and lorries passing a speed about 6 inches from your body. This is not the fault of the hotel but elderly people, in particular would be very reluctant to take the road to town and miss out on the delights of Sant'Agata. In addition crossing the road junction in front ot the hotel gates was a nightmare. Three roads meet at this point and it is only possible to see the traffic approaching from one of them. The technique seems to be look, hope, genuflect and run for it. This is a shame since it detracts from the pleasure of staying at this hotel.

Review 64：The hotel is in a spot to die for. Magnificent views of the Sorrento day area and, when clear, of Vesuvius. There is an excellent free shuttle service to and from Sorrento city that links in well with the free shuttle service form the city to the harbour. A number of service busses also stop outside the hotel. The staff were warm friendly and helpful. Sant'Agata is a delightful small Italian town ideal fro a stroll from the hotel and a morning coffee or lunchtime beer. However, there was a drawback. See the dislikes column

Review 66：We are very enthusiast about this hotel. The location is superb, the shuttlebus to Sorrento is pure luxury. The staff is highly practical and professional and really very friendly. 10 minutes after we had checked in, we knew all possibilities in the environment and we knew how we could realise them. When we left to Capri for 2 days, our car could stay on the hotelparking for free. We would really like to come back for a week next year.

The breakfast was really good with wide selection of food. The staff was really helpful, could offer good restaurants in the small city of Sant'Agata. The private car park is 20m from the hotel.

Review 69：Good hotel to use as base to visit the Neopolitan Coastal Area. The service and staff were excellent and the shuttle to Sorrento was very handy. The breakfast is good.

Review 70：Wifi access was a bit complicated, every time you want to connect to the internet, you have to type in your access code and the connection is sometimes cut suddenly, but this strict identification may be due to local regulations as I experienced the same type of access route in other parts of Italy.

Dinner in the hotel is an option which is worth to consider as the hotel has a very good cook. Location is somewhat far from crowded villages like Sorrento, Amalfi or Positano but there is a shuttle bus to Sorrento during the day and the local bus lines to Amalfi/Positano stops just about 50 meters from the hotel's entrance. If you need doorstep access to a vibrant, bustling downtown area, this hotel is not ideal but if you want peace, beuitiful surroundings for a reasonable price, choose Due Golfi.

Alsothey told us that we had to book free shuttle one day in advance wecould not use it.So if you stay only for one day, do not count on shuttle. We could not use it! Good hotel but did not like the behaviour of the staff and also their policies. It is slightly difficult to find the hotel and even though it says near Sorrento it takes 20-25 mins to go there
