Review 1：No pool, but that's very common in Italy, and the sea is only 50m walk. This hotel is rather dated by todays standards. We ate dinner in the restaurant once. Food was not inspiring and my chicken was raw in the middle. Great apologies from friendly waitress but no replacement meal was offered. No reduction in dinner bill either even though we mentioned it on check out. Didn't make a fuss, maybe we should have done.

Review 2：Just outside Terracina, right on the beach, very peaceful and our room (superior double) had its own private enclosed patio. Breakfast choice and service was good, but no hot food. Overall not a bad hotel.

Review 3：I don't speak much Italian and felt like I was annoying the staff. Many things were unclear to me especially ordering dinner. Was just myself and my teenage son.

Review 8：The AC was turned off occasionally and the room would get too warm. One time, we mentioned it wasn't working, and the staff member turned it on. No hot water in the mornings. Couldn't order dinner and bring it to your room. My husband was sick one evening and I didn't want to eat by myself in the restaurant, plus I wanted to be with him.

Review 9：Friendly staff, very nice, great updated room, hotel is right on the beach and has private beach area with chairs and umbrellas and a beach bar, parking on-sight, staff helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend if you want a quiet area outside of Terracina.
