Review 1：No outdoor pool & no loungers to sit outside.

Review 2：The food at dinner was amazing. 5 couses each evening of very fine food. The hotel reception & bar area were attractively furnished. Staff were very friendly. 2 minute walk to the Lido where we swam in the lake.

Review 5：- i want to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant the rule was very restrict not like restaurant,,,some staff was not helpful with ARAB guest even some of them was very rowdy ...i want to sit in table i like it for (two person) but they refuse and guide me to area i do not like it then at the end i left the restaurant without dinner !!!!!!!! other thing one of the room service open the room door without excuse this make me stunt and shock !!!!!!

Review 9：I really loved this hotel great view from my room, staff where excellent, facilities like the Greek sauna room were exactly what's needed after a day's skiing. Ski lift was about a 5 minute walk away. Great food in the restaurant and also a short walk to the apre ski bars.

Review 10：had a nice suite which unfortunately overlooked the "tradesmans" entrance where the delivery trucks arrived from 7.30am in the morning clancking and banging.

Review 12：Parking is OK but on a first come first served. Room (junior suite) was a good size but it's position was not good i.e. over the daily delivery area and refuse collection, so very noisy especially in the early morning! No ventilation system in the room and as the weather was reasonable it was uncomfortably warm at night. Pillows on bed were large in size but no substance and consequently flatten as soon as you laid down. Would we go back? There's a reasonable chance but room location would have to be very different and we'd take our own pillows!! On safety front hotel appears ill equipped on the fire alarm side. The smoke and IR/UV detectors were probably not working as the flashing indicator was not working! This could also mean the fire alarm panel (wherever that is) was not operational! Clearly Austrian building regulations fall woefully short of UK requirements as there are open stairwells and fire doors are not magnetically held open by the fire detection system and there was no visible sprinkler system. Given the amount of wood used in the construction of the hotel the approach to fire and guest safety seems to be very lax!

Review 14：Staff were generally friendly and very good in the buffet restaurant. However, the front desk and downstairs lounge bar were consistently understaffed, with withers rushed off their feet and as a result inattentive to guests' needs at times.

Review 17：None of these things came close to spoiling our holiday, but if you're looking for perfection: Rooms have no tea and coffee or ironing facilities. The pool is a little small for swimming. Rooms on the river side of the hotel, which seems to be all of the new rooms, get constant noise from the river, which some might find soothing . . .

Review 18：The general level of comfort in the room and the hotel as a whole is superb. Our junior suite in the new part of the hotel was stylish and spacious and there are varied lounging areas around the building for a quiet read or a drink. Food is as good as you will find in the best a la carte restaurants. The breakfast buffet goes from muesli to excellent, individually-cooked omelettes via fresh fruit, cold meats and smoked salmon, pastries and cakes. Five course dinners are a treat, with salads, soups and imaginative starters preceding a sensible choice of meat, fish and vegetarian options, mostly with an Austrian slant and puddings that aren't too heavy. Afternoon cakes, though not strictly necessary, are pretty good too!) The wellness area, never over-crowded, offers saunas and similar steamy delights and the small pool is pleasantly coo (bring towels from your room.)

Review 19：The hotel suffers a little from lack of outdoor space to relax on site. They obviously know this as they have added a small garden across the road. The lake area was great. Not everyone likes a pool in the basement. Only an issue in the heat wave last week. Needs air conditioning in summer!! Our room was in the shade most of the day so it was ok.

We arrived late and were offered a nice complimentary cold beer and snack. As we were half board we missed out on the evening meal on our arrival but on the day of our departure they cooked us a special meal, first class. The Spa is also 5 star. WiFi also excellent.

Review 67：Tirolerhof in Zell am See is my favourite hotel. I have stayed there about ten times and it is consistently good in every way. The whole hotel is tastefully decorated, bedrooms are clean and comfortable, the food is always very good and the spa is well designed and relaxing. The internet connection everywhere in the hotel is excellent. It is suitable for both skiers and non skiers.

Review 68：The minibar was not well-stocked. We ate the evening meal at 8pm and a number of the starters on the buffet menu had run out - so the choice was more limited than it might have been.

Half board: the food offered at the breakfast and dinner buffets was excellent quality, with a good range of choice (although see negative comment). Meals served in comfortable, recently refurbished dining room. Excellent location in the centre of Zell. We are a gay couple and received a very warm welcome - not always guaranteed in hotels in more traditional locations!
