Review 1：Improvement could be the increasing of privacy on the outside of the appartment. The breakfast is correct, but could be improved in variation and local products.

Review 2：Location is really small paradise. Very nice swimming pool. Very friendly people and staff.

Review 3：Location was poor. We expected the venue to be in the hills but it wason flat land with a view of massive power lines. The apartment was alsolocated 1km from the breakfast room which was inconvenient with a smallchild as we had to drive to breakfast vs walk. Air conditioning did notwork. We chose this venue over others as it offered air con due to thehot weather that was forecast.

Review 5：Gualdo del re is a famous vineyard, but as seems to happen especially in Tuscany, there is a hint of overpricing the wines. Call that the bonus that you pay for being in a tourist location. Yet it takes away a bit of the charm of being a wine tourist in Tuscany when you know that the worst place to buy your Gualdo del Re wines is actually at Gualdo del re. I saw their wines sold for less in the local wine shop but also in our next agriturismo in another part of Tuscany.

Review 7：The apartments were lovely, beautifully restored and decorated with attention to detail. The pool was very relaxing with views of the countryside and towards suveretto. The meal we had at the restaurant was very good and we enjoyed the wine tasting. The service was excellent. Its a bit to far to walk to Suveretto so taking bikes would be a good idea. We preferred to make our own breakfast as the restaurant is a walk down the road.
