All studios and cottages feature a private patio with seating area, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, DVD/CD player, refrigerator, microwave, stove and tea/coffee making facilities.

Review 1：Shower over bath very difficult for older/less agile folk (but there are alternative units with walk in showers). Beds need replacing - King singles pushed together with big sag in middle! - not v comfy... Also was very hot when we stayed and no fans or cooling which would be welcome - but the weather was exceptionally warm. The heating in winter is great!

Review 7：We loved everything about Brackenridge. We went out for dinner before we checked in, so arrived after 9pm. The heater was turned on for us and our room was so nice and cosy. The fireplace was all set up to go, we literally only had to put a match to it. Highly highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Review 9：Everything is just lovely. Accommodation clean, comfy, spacious, peaceful. Staff lovely. Supplied eggs, bread for toast and spreads a lovely touch. Can't wait to go back!
Review 10：In the Spa area, the therapist was excellent but front of house person was unfriendly during our stay Pool and spa pool access limited for kids - it is why we booked there!! It would be great to be able to order cooked breakfast There were ants in the kitchen and some of the dishes were not clean I wasn't sure if I had to do the dishes or not - so I did two dishwashers loads - but felt like being at home!! :-(
Review 11：The manager of Brackenridge was welcoming, warm and friendly and made my children feel comfortable about being there The lovely cottage environment - lovely bathrooms with fluffy towels, plenty of heating options Lovely to have a bath open fire was fabulous beds were comfortable setting was beautiful visiting cat was a plus!!

Review 15：The door lock was a bit of an issue - they have a great system with a number pad but unfortunately we did still require a key as it didn't work properly. The spa pool needs updating - jets are weak. Disappointing Massage however my partner did have a really good one so think I just got the wrong person (sorry didn't get her name).

Review 19：Exceptional quality in every aspect. Open fire made up and ready to be lit. Coffee beans and grinder in your room. Very nice linen, comfy bed, patio, clean bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff allowed us to have a late checkout. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Review 22：The front door continuously banged all night in the wind, was very frustrating. The thread on the shower head was broken and only way to have a shower was to sit in bottom of bath, no discount was offered which I found appalling.

Review 50：Unfortunately our units were still being vacuumed at 2.50pm and our shuttle was confirmed (by your staff) for 5.45pm instead of 4.45pm. The complimentary bottle of champagne was a redeeming factor the helped ease the disappointment.
