Review 1：The hotel room is a bit old. There is some noise from the room's floor when walking on it.

Review 3：Worn stair carpet is a trip hazard. Narrow stairs to upper floor and flimsy handrail would not meet UK health and safety requirements. Inadequate light in bathroom - very poor for shaving! Did not like glass door to bathroom and poor bath/shower drainage in 227. This hotel was selected as it had a restaurant but despite booking it several months ago, I was very disappointed to find that for our entire 3 day stay, it was closed.. I could have been warned in advance that such an important feature would not be available. The hotel was fully booked during my stay and for 2 of the 3 breakfasts, there was inadequate seating at 9-00 am.

Review 5：The room is a bit noisy. We went there when the weather is warm. we need to open the windows. There is also no mosquito net on the window and so there is also risk of mosquito bite. The wifi signal is weak inside the room as well.

Review 40：In the description of the hotel, under the heading of "services," it was noted that bicycle rental was possible. When I inquired about this, they told me they had no bicycles. I also did not realize how far in advance you needed to reserve the spa. During midafternoon, I asked about the possibility to use the spa and I was told I was too late and they were not going to clean it anymore. I found it frustrating as I was giving them several hours notice, but they seemed to require a full day's notice. I did not see this as very accessible to guests who want to remain flexible about their travel schedule.

Review 41：Restaurants located nearby. A short distance from Maastricht as well. Breakfast was good, fresh squeezed orange juice and different bread options a plus. Good and free wi-fi connection.

Review 53：First of all the room was very, very small for two people (mother &daughter), less or around 10 sqm, not cleaned properly, smelly, dusty,windows were durty, could not see outside, very noisy (on a warm daylike we had could not keep the window closed and also could not sleep atall due to the main street traffic). The bathroom is made inside theroom separated just by some fake thin walls with a open part above notconnected with the cealing so all the noise and smell from the toilletcould be felt in all the small room. I would not recommend it for ayoung couple, it will ruine the relationship. The double bed wasterrible, small, tide near a wall so you could step out only on oneside. For a simmilar price I would expect at least decent conditions tosleep. The lady at the reception was very rude and when I asked her asimple question about having or not scrambled eggs her answered was: ''I booked a 2 stars hotel not 5 so don't expect more than fried eggs'.Didn't get her agressive attitude at all. I was there to offer my mom anice weekend trip for the long weekend and this hotel was a very bigdissapointment even if it was close o Maastricht as we wished. Betterdrive few km more and get a decent place to sleep. They should not callthemselves a 3 stars hotel, is nothing more than a budget bed &breakfast on a main road, proper only if you can't drive further andhave no better option as it happened to us (all other hotels in 80 kmdistance lower than 275 euro were fully booked due to hollydays).

Review 54：Nothing!! It was just a very bad experience from all points of view. Abad choice. I consider I was misleaded by the neighberhood withMaastricht and the positive reviews of a budget hotel.

Review 55：Unfortunately the rooms at the front of the hotel are over a very busyroad which is constantly noisy. The nights I stayed I was also unable toeat in the restaurant as they were very busy and I was advised I shouldhave reserved (unfortunately I was not asked if I wanted to eat whenchecking in). Luckily there are a couple of nice restaurants nearby thatI was able to walk to.
