Review 1：If people are planning to relax then go for it because there is nothing to see nearby this hotel.

Review 2：1) The staff is very good and always smiling 2) Hotel facilities are good and all in reach

Review 3：Breakfast was not included in the rate. The drainage in the toilet shower basin was blocked. It took ages for the bath water from the shower to subside. There was no Room Service Menu available in the room. Room service number was eternally engaged and room service could not be contacted. Finally the reception had to send someone to get room service to physically visit our room (along with the menu) in order to take our order.

Service is also very slow, took us a long time to check out and settle the bill because staff had to take the credit card somewhere else to process it.

Review 15：On my arrival at Ramada on 5/11/15,I chose to pay cash for my one night stay,but was still charged on my credit card when I checked out the next day.When I brought this to their notice,they apoligised and promised to refund the money back into the account, but to date they have not done so even after several conversations over the phone.If this is the kind of low tacticts they aspire to, then I would certainly not encourage anyone to stay there

Review 16：Pest like roaches and flies and insects were in the room, bed and bathroom. Dust, dirt, human waste in bead and chares. Bath tub very high difficult to get in and out. We had to check-out from hotel less than four hours. But they charged unfairly. You should refund money. I need a reply soon.

Review 26：Ramada should be embarrassed at this property it is incredibly run-downand disgustingly filthy. It looks pretty bad when you arrive and you check-in, but it's much much worse when you get to your room (and I had a'deluxe' room) . The carpet is crusty and black with dirt andthey don't provide bedroom slippers, so I had to wear my shoeseverywhere, the bathroom tiles was covered in brown stains, the bedsheets were also stained with goodness knows what, the pillows smelledsomething awful as did the whole room. The air-conditioning finallycooled the room down to a comfortable temperature as I was about toleave 14 hours later. I would not wish this hotel on my worse enemy, Ireally should have heeded the reviews here, I said to myself 'howbad can it be? It's a Ramada right?' Wrong... Oh and they hadthe audacity to charge usd72 (after taxes) for the experience.

Review 27：The guy at the reception was helpful and friendly but seriouslyoverworked. He got me checked-in at 630am in the morning. As I had a 20hour layover, I left at 10pm the same day and the poor guy was stillworking the reception.

Review 28：The room smelled like it had been smoked in. There were ants crawling all over the dirty bathroom. The room, corridor and bar area were dirty, tired and run down. The restaurant food was all grease. Yuk.

Review 54：Room carpet smelly and stinky and toilet not clean and two time we found Cockroach in the toilet. There is no access to the sea from the hotel . Surrounded by shelter s and it is located 7 KM from Negombo beach . It is two stars hotel but listed under four stars in booking.com

Review 55：Overpriced and overrated as a Ramada. Need renovation and maintenance in order to get rid of the bad smell. Much better hotels are available in town, for just slightly higher prices, but they are far from the airport.

Review 81：They advertise their rates in usd and charge in Lankan Rupees. At checkout we wanted to pay cash and the staff was like the card has alreadybeen swiped. We were annoyed and asked him who told him to swipe and hewas like "i did not do it, they did it". I had to tell himdont blame anyone. Ramada did it. The guy did not even have the courtesyto apologize.Incase you are staying at Ramada to enjoy the facilities, Id like to hi-light that spa and gym close at 8 PM.

Review 82：It is a 10 minute drive to the airport. The only reason we stayed inRamada was because we were checking in at around 1800 hrs and checkingout at 4 am. So we really did not care much for any facilities.

Review 88：The Hotel is very near to the Colombo International airport and theyhave an airport shuttle to and from the Hotel (1.000 Rps. For 2 personsone way). As we had a late departure, we could keep our room untill 4P.M. on that day without any charge. The staff is very helpful.
