Review 1：Other than the good points I have said the Hotel lacked any real warmth and love. This is because of the poor attitude of most of the staff. Other than Olga on reception all the other four receptionists were sullen, sad, no smiles, no greetings, no personality and no real care.

Review 2：Great location. Very good house cleaning and Olga on reception was exceptionally good. Nice location. Max in the restaurant was also very good.

Review 3：-Breakfast selection was underwhelming -Pool temperature could have been higher -Location is a bit out of Kolomna, not in the center and a bit tricky to reach by public transport -the bed sheets were too small
