Reviews for Royal Park Hotel The Fukuoka
Review 1:A little bit too pricy.
Review 2:We stayed at a corner double room, very spacious and clean. Bath room as well. We arrived in the morning and they let us use their bar space to sort out our luggage and prepare to go out.
Review 3:Bad pillows Average breakfast
Review 4:Nice toilet 5 mins walk to hakata station Good bathroom amenities Friendly manager who allow us to leave the luggage with them
Review 5:None.
Review 6:Second time staying at this hotel. Room is very comfortable and spacious. Great bathroom and shower. Possibility to use computer and printer for 100 yen.
Review 7:i reserved smoking room due to fulled booking. although it was the smoking room i couldn't open the window. there were too bad smell that's why I couldn't sleep well for 2days even though good facilities.
Review 8:Room wasn't all that big, but sufficient for what I needed. Japan usually had small rooms, so I wasn't surprised.
Review 9:Very nice accommodations. Staff was very helpful and quite friendly. Wifi was very fast and never had any connection problems. It isn't common to find that in Japan, so that's definitely a plus for Royal Park.
Review 10:Breakfast was ok. It was buffet style but for the price, around $16 USD per person I didn't feel it was worth it.
Review 11:Convenient location just a 5min stroll from Hakata Station and a 7min stroll to Canal City. Hotel room was bigger than expected especially for Japan standards and the rainfall shower was heaven!
Review 12:We enjoyed the attention to detail in the room. The bathroom was roomy and the extra shower a bonus. Over 3 weeks we stayed in various hotels travelling around Japan and Royal Park Hotel was the most comfortable and the cheapest. Location is also great.
Review 13:Check-in is at 2pm and there's not much space to wait at the lobby so you have to store your luggage and go out until 2pm.
Review 14:5 minutes walk from Hakata train station. Mini mart across the lane and 3-4 restaurants round the corner. Quiet hotel and big room size considering the price.
Review 15:Royal park hotels provide very little space for hanging or storing clothes, so it means one's room is always a bit disorganised. Even in the otherwise spacious bathroom towelspace is scarce!
Review 16:Excellent room, beautiful public spaces, fine breakfast, very good bathroom, within easy walking distance of the station.
Review 17:The staff are professional & understand English. They helped us book a taxi for an early morning trip to the airport. Check-in & check-out was smooth and quick. The corner room is spacious, comfortable & clean. We would recommend this place & return if ever in Fukuoka.
Review 18:The room did not come with an iron and I needed to ask for one. The iron was not the most easy to use and took long to press my shirt, pants.
Review 19:Very close to Hakata Station and it has a nice restaurant in the basement floor next to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom with the large tub.
Review 20:Nothing There was no wifi in my room, only in the restaurant/lobby. Add wifi in the rooms please!
Review 21:Convenient location, spacious room, friendly, accommodating staff, Lawson convenience store right in front of hotel, delicious breakfast with good variety and all-you-can-drink grapefruit juice!
Review 22:Need more information on how to get around city- maps from front desk with info. Places to eat in English and kanji so you can find them.
Review 23:Easy to find from station. Lawson close by. Breakfast was great- good value.
Review 24:The twin beds were a little on the hard side for our tastes.
Review 25:The Royal Park is a close walk from Hakata station and convenient to everything we wanted to see in Fukuoka. The staff was most accommodating and the room very comfortable. I would highly recommend it!
Review 26:I'm not sure there was wifi in the rooms - just in the lobby
Review 27:We chose the hotel as it was close to the station, however it is likely that a hotel closer to the city centre would be a bit more fun and less of a walk into the action. The staff kindly upgraded our room as they had availability. No complaints at all about the hotel - comfortable and functional, and pretty good value.
Review 28:- Within walking distance of Hakata Station. You can even see the station because the street from the hotel and the station is a straight route - Right opposite a large branch of Lawson convenience store - Staff speak good English and willing to help with taxi reservations - Awesome breakfast, especially French Toast and miso soup - Very spacious bathroom when compared to general Japanese hotels. Twin room has a rainshower head
Review 29:There are 2 beds in most rooms instead of double or king beds. So, it may not be the most suitable for couples. There are many other hotels nearer to the JR station.
Review 30:Clean and relatively big rooms in Fukuoka.
Review 31:nothing
Review 32:nice location, comfort, good fusion breakfast, professional front desk, we would particularly like to thank Mr Kazuhiko Ogata who has given us a lot of help when the no.8 Typhone was about to hit the west coat of Japan and clarifying our flight status.

Review 101:Room size a bit tight, no view from hotel window.
Review 102:Property was quietly tucked away from the busy, noisy streets. Close to JR Station and Canal City. Breakfast was surprisingly varied and generous in amount and types of food. Front desk service could not be better. Appreciated the luggage hold service.
