Review 1：Where do I start...?Arriving at the hotel we thought it looked ok enough on the website and even at the ground floor, so we decided to stay one night here. We ordered some food and then went to our room which we didn’t timely realize what a broken down disgrace of a hotel it is.It is not a 3 star hotel but a one star hostel.I have never written a review but I need to warn you about staying here.Warning 1: The room doesn’t have an air conditioning and even doesn’t have a normal window. The owners will lie you that cooling is done through the flooring which is even more ridiculous for Romania where the temperatures can reach 35-40 degrees and in your room you will have +50. After you will stay in a room you will realize that there is no possibility to open a window on the ceiling, as it is 4 meters high, when you will go to reception they will tell you to use a 3 meters stick to open it – what a shame.Warning 2: The hotel doesn’t have a water boiler so you will make shower with refreshing water from the city water supplier. It doesn’t make sense to wait, after 30 minutes the water was still cold.Warning 3: The receptionist told us that there will be a bit of music in the evening and they invite us to join the party if we would like to. As we were supposed to return only at 4am we told that this is not an issue, hoping that the party will be over at that time, what a mistake. When we returned there was a crowd of over 100 teenagers smoking and dancing with a music which was loud enough to make our bed vibrate on the 2nd floor. Being exhausted we had to suffer this music up to 6 am when they finally stopped, our entire room was full of cigarettes smoke made by the crowd on the terrace, and we had to make another cold shower to get ready for our trip.Warning 4: You will not be able to plug in your shaver in an electrical socket in the bathroom because there is no socket.

Review 3：Rooms were not ready after 14:00h, the carpets in the room were moist, there have been parties until 4:00 am when the police came to close the place, the personnel was aggressive when we complained about the noise. The website give incorrect information about fitness facilities that are long ago closed.
Review 4：There was nothing to like at this venue, which is not a hotel, but another kind of operation, involving room rentals with the hour, loud music until late in the night and employees with another agenda than the good service of the guests.
Review 5：Good morning!My name is Loredana and I had a booking made true your web site for Saturday and Sunday in Drobeta Turnu Severin , in Zenti Plaza, a four star hotel witch I whould like to share with you the horrible experience that we had.We were on a trip 4 so we had two rooms, as we got to the front desk the young lady was very confused about our reservation ,witch she figure out on the end but mentioning that there are two big problems with the rooms-one has window on the roof , one is small but on side. We sad will check it out as it was a very long say that we traveled and we were sure we booked with a serios web site so will not have to worry that much. As we got to the room we got shocked , as the room was a sauna . It was so hot .... Even the fridge was boiling . We went down to the front desk and we were assured that the probl is solved as there's a tehnician all the way from Bucharest fixing the problem . They sad it will take 2-3 hours to chill the room as the a.c. Unit is in the flooring and it working slow . We diceded to sit on the terrace and have done beer as all hotel was a sauna it self . As sitting on a terrace and having beer witch was hot as well , they had only 3 cold on a choice we had, we order food (-appetizers ) we witnes an accident witch was one of the most unpleasant expirience ever , a gentleman fall into the aquarium build on the edge of terrace ... We got so scared as the waitress sad is two meter deep. The guy took of but the crowd was commenting that is not the first incident with someone falling. We asked the waitress and she sad she saw only tree people falling . It was so shocking . When we returned to the room we realize that is even more wormer that before but being so tired and power less we diceded to stay. It was the worse night we ever had , as none if us could sleep for a minute. We really whould like to share with you as tugs just can't be a four star hotel .... At least check up on them .

Minibar fridge empty . 7. Very small wardrobe. Overall poor despite of being built new.

Review 16：- No windows (!!!) just on the ceiling a small one. (~4M high, not accesable)- there was no hot water. The personell was not ready to manage the situation - the only number that I was able to call from the phone in the room was "0" , the lady who picked up was from the bar not from the reception - when I wanted to pay, they told that the fee was increses to 200 RON over the weekend, so the one that i recive from booking (172 RON) is not valid anymore. After a dispute they accepted to recive 172RON. - need to continue ?

Review 18：There are no window in the rooms except for a skylight. The staff toldus that none of the rooms had windows, but that may not be true. Ask fora room with a window and see what happens. The staff was not well-trained. They were not welcoming at the front desk. The servers in thebar/restaurant were slow. The woman at the desk did not know how touse our credit card in the machine. She tried the card upside down twiceand when prompted by my husband to use it with the magnetic strip down,she ran the card too slowly for the machine to read. The staff knowslittle English. We managed but we were traveling with Romanian speakers.
