Review 1：Parking was a bit tight when the place is full and a few extra things in the kitchen ie plates, cutlery etc would make preparing a meal for a family just a little be easier. Overall a neat motel.

Review 7：The entire place smelt like body odour! If it had been cleaned after the previous guests - it wasn't done every well! There was dust over most things and even the wrapper from the previous guests condom!!! Bathroom door didn't slide properly! A great deal of work required to make this worth what you are charging!!

Review 14：We didn't end up staying there service was very poor did not call us to let us know what was going on as they said they would twice would never book or stay there.
Review 15：No shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer in the room. I went to reception at 9am to enquire re a hairdryer but they were closed. There was no duvet or bed spread, only a mink/acrylic blanket. I had to move the 2 seater couch and found a lot of food underneath. Although I was given clean towels each day my room wasn't actually serviced ie rubbish emptied. I still haven't been given any information re how to access the pool or other amenities. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend to others.
Review 16：The location was great as I was visiting friends and the motel was close to their home. The heating in the room was good and the bed had a fast heating electric blanket. Both good for cooler evenings.
Review 17：Great location in Richmond, off the main road. Really close to the main street where you can find anything that you need. Great hospitality from the owners and staff, clean rooms, necessary items in the apartment to cook and enjoy dinner at the motel. Pool and bqb areas are a plus too when you travel with kids! Event they left us muffins and hot cross buns in the morning!!! JUST AMAZING! Thank you!
Review 18：Small basin in bathroom but there was a sink in the kitchen area. Situated on a busy junction of SH6 so lots of traffic noise early and late in the day.
