Review 1：Lift wasnt working due to renovations and room was on the third floor!!! Took a long while for the water to run hot in the bathroom.

Review 3：decoration work was going on, every were was a Vernice smell and had to walk next to rolls of carpets . the lift was undergoing repair and had to walk the steps with a 20kg luggage

Review 7：Nothing wrong with the hotel. The city seemed to be a bit boring, but that's not the hotel's fault. A bit of a walk to the trainstation.

Review 11：Not closely related to the hotel, but the city was not convenient to reach by train due to some constructions. I've expected a bit more diverse breakfast but it was more or less the usual you can find in any hotel.
Review 12：The location is perfect, just on the end of the shopping street, in front of a square with some programs and good atmosphere. Quality restaurant just under the hotel (Dolce Vita). The staff is friendly and flexible.

Review 15：There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, though this was not missed as there was always someone there to make one. The shower, though it had a large head and was powerful, took a long time to warm.

Everything was on site and there was a good choice of food and beverages. There is also an indoor terrace that has seating outside. This is very comfortable and peaceful.
