Review 1：Only 3 TV Channels in English. The club located at the basement is really annoying. No rest until 2-3-4 am. The walls vibrate... too bad.

Review 5：Placement is perfect – right on the central street. Private parking in the yard with an electronic gate is very good for those travelling by car. The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional, with individual approach. Spacious apartment with zones: sleeping, dining, kitchen.
Review 6：Our truly exceptional hosts at Litrada went out of their way to make us feel at home by assisting us with transportation and our (rather excessive) luggage and by accommodating our early check-in and check-out. The well-equipped, comfortable apartment is centrally located with many cafes and restaurants nearby and was so clean during our stay I could have licked the floor! Sheer perfection. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will remember your family's kindness always.
Review 7：The attendant didn't speak English. It wasn't a problem for us, but another two guests had some communication issues.
Review 8：We stayed in a small, clean, well-appointed and self-sufficient (bed/living/kitchenette+bathroom+storage) studio flat on the top floor of a recently built building on the main pedestrian street of Šiauliai. Parking is cheap in the city, but the flat had free parking in the courtyard anyway.

Review 10：A comfortable experience. The apartment was big enough and everything was tidy. The parking was definitely a big help. We are absolutely satisfied.
Review 11：• Night club on the ground floor of the building made some sound, but it was not very disturbing. At least not as disturbing as a fight beside the Hotels entrance door. • No reception would also cause a minor inconvenience, if there was nothing to complain about. But, unfortunately, that was not this case. • After seeing a cockroach and some other insect with Latin name “Lepisma saccharina” in the bathroom, I started to feel uncomfortable in this facility. • Hairy linens and something, looking like snot, on the pillowcase, made me consider sleeping on the floor. But then You have to make a tough decision: dirty bed or cockroaches. • When you have seen the mentioned above all the rest issues suddenly becomes insignificant. But still:, only one chair provided for 2 visitors, again – hair in the bathrooms rack, a piece of dirt on the floor of the bathroom, extremely narrow shower stall, clearly dirty one of the towels provided, dirty kitchen sinks overflow hole and pieces of previous meals in the microwave.

Review 38：It does say in small print but you have to phone 15 mins before arrival to get access. In foreign country phone didn't work so I emailed which wasn't picked up. Once you reach place it is not obvious you are in correct place.

Review 40：Litrada apartments has an excellent location. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Parking, wifi, flat screen TV - all is in place. Breakfast is not provided, but you can cook it yourself having a kitchenette and fridge or visit one of the cafes nearby. Staff is excellent! That was a real pleasure to meet them. I would highly recommend that place to stay!
