Review 1：The fridge condensate leaked onto the floor, right in front of the entrance doorway, so it was impossible not to tread water around the room. Judging by the bottoms of the local fixed furniture, this had been going on for some time and should be attended to.
Review 2：The pool area was excellent and well kept. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts ever, with homemade cakes and pies, with fruit fresh from the orchards. We had to leave early on our last morning and so Madame cancelled our drinks bill as compensation, which I never expected but was very grateful for.
Review 3：The hostess was very nice and really helpful with everything we asked and needed! The place is very clean and pretty in a quiet location. Love the pool and the wonderful breakfast to be enjoyed outside!
Review 4：Lovely B&B with beautiful house, garden and swimingpool. Clean and nice room, delicious and big breakfast. La signora that runs it, is friendly, hospitable and was great in every way. Also she was so sweet with our daughter, who also loved the place. Wonderful garden for children.
Review 5：The location in a somewhat rural area gives the property a great atmosphere to rest. The room was really big, almost like a flat. we wish we could have stayed longer.

Maria provided a map with suggestions of where to go and eat. It was an easy walk to the Town Plaza which was an absolute delight!

Review 14：The personal touch provided by Maria was amazing... nothing was too much trouble, and as soon as it was mentioned it was attended to, and always with a smile. The Breakfast was also superb, and I mean superb; home cooked, fresh baked... everything was plentiful and delicious. The place was spotlessly maintained also. I cannot praise Da Pio high enough. My stay there was fantastic.

Location is wonderfull, a short stroll from the station and the city center of Pientrasanta. Garden and birds as well as the smell of the fowers and plants make you realise your surrounded by nature. Toscany at its best.
Review 20：The host was wonderful. He spoke English very well and was helpful withevery inquiry. The breakfast was excellent - love the fresh bread - andincluded fruit, tarts, cheese, and ham. The room was fine, with room fora small writing area, an armour, and a side board for clothes. Cleaneddaily, which was a surprise. The bathroom was small but more thanworkable. Beautiful area, about 1/4 mile from town, and a 4 minutesdrive to free parking to access the piazza.
