Review 1：Turned up to be told there was no record of our booking! Managed to get a bed for 1 night but not for the second. Pretty unhelpful staff. No newspaper as advertised.
Review 2：Totally renovated with disabled people perfect ly catered for in the bathroom. Spotlessly clean and a great kitchen. Stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed it. Walking distance to Richmond Mall and very short drive to super Aquatic centre. Restaurants in Richmond as well as a short drive to Nelson Anne
Review 3：Would have liked an oven as well as microwave. Only realised too late that the microwave had a grill facility. Rubbish bin too small and no seats on balcony.
Review 4：The executive studio had plenty of space. Loved the bathroom with the skylight. Bed was comfortable and big. Easy access to all to channels was very good.
Review 5：Not a bad experience exactly but the cleaner needs to be shown how to use a vacuum properly and how to dust and check that the dishes are clean with no lipstick or fingerprints on all glass wear.

Review 7：In the kitchen we were told that there was an electric frying pan. There was not. The motel is situated on a main road which is very noisy. The room itself was very nice and ideal for a couple. It had a sofa to sit in which was nice.
Review 8：Just after somewhere clean and comfortable where I could cook my own food and get on with my work. It was better than that: quite spacious for one and nicely appointed.
Review 9：Didnt like the stairs as my husband has a disability, and I didnt know that the unit was upstairs when I booked. No where to place toileties in the bathroom, but there was plenty of room for a table etc

Review 12：Didn't have a bad experience but just felt living areas weren't big enough for a family of five. Stayed in delux family suite and bathroom had lots of condensation could do with an expel air . Clean tidy and modern.
