Review 1：1) The rooms are not as spacious as advertised on booking.com. None is 30 sq. m. They vary in sizes from approx 12 to 25 sq.m. Small rooms are obviously too compact to make a longer stay comfortable for two people. 2) This hotel is not dog-friendly. While a free stay for pets is rather a norm nowadays, they charge exorbitant 50 PLN per dog per night. To put this into right perspective, their rate for human beings is 60-90 PLN per person (120-179 PLN per room) :-).

Review 9：Najgorsza czesc Vincenta to restauracja i jedzenie. Nalepki "slow food" powinni zmienic na "slow service". Brudne talerze staly zawsze przed nami min. 20 minut. Wszystskie drozsze dania z lunch menu (zeberka, wolowina, ryba) "wyszly" i zostaly tylko kurczak (stare mieso) i naprawde obrzydliwe klejace kopytka. Vincent oszukuje na winie: tylko jedna lampka kosztuje cene promocyjna - pozostale sa dwukrotnie drozsze o czym przekonujecie sie podczas placenia rachunku. Lampka wina to 0,1cl i min. koszt 9pln. Jakosc: srednia. Na sniadanie tez warto isc gdzies indziej do kazimierza gdzie jest taniej i smaczniej. Vincent ma 2 parowki za 19pln. Jesli juz tu wylacowaliscie dobre sniadanie zjecie przy wisle albo w strone rynku. Rowery darmowe - maja przebite opony i niedzialajace przerzutki. Ale obsluga to ignoruje - to darmowe. Nie ma parkingu. Po rozladowaniu bagazy jeestescie przeganiani na platne parkingi. Kazda z opisanych rzeczy to szczegol i pewnie przy noclegu za stowe nie zwrocilbym uwagi ale przy tych cenach to po prostu zdzierstwo. Z zalem wystawiam swoja pierwsza w zyciu negatywna opinie na tym portalu :-(

Review 10：pokoje byly czyste i kiedys ladnie zaprojektowane. Obecnie juz "przechodzone" - powyrywane lancuchy do drzwi czy wieszaki na recznik - ale ogolnie wrazenie na plus.

Review 13：Over priced menu and wines. In my view these prices cannot be justified. Did not even consider eating there. Asked for assistance with taking suitcase up to attic room. No one helped. They did carry down on request. This offer should be automatic given the stairs.

Review 28：The music playing constantly in the reception area, restaurant and outside. I could hear it until around midnight from my bedroom (baby sleeping in room so couldn't phone reception and couldn't go down in PJs to request a lower volume). It's really terrible 'muzak'-stuff but it's not relaxing and it's not in the background! The restaurant menu is too complicated. As if they're trying really, really hard. There is nothing just ordinary and simple except if you look on kiddies menu. The open plan kitchen stinks up the whole reception area, stairs and first floor hallway. Yuck.

Review 29：Décor is nice although obviously catalogue French-furniture without a lot of creativity. Location is great for walking to sights & river. Very reasonably priced.

Review 32：There are 2 things we didn't like: First one was quite small breakfast, everyday the same food, gets boring after 2 days. Your have to pay for any additional orders. Secondly, our room wasn't cleaned very well. That changed after makng a complain at the reception, nevertheless it still wasn't perfect.

Review 33：Fantastic design, great value (staying off-season), nice location. The restaurant at Vincent's is amazing, very good quality and good menu selection (we tried half of all the courses). The restaurant and design of rooms are definitely top-notch. Summing up, there are some minor negative details, however I would recommend staying at Vincent's, especially to foodies and people paying attention to the boutique-hotel ambience

Review 34：They charge for extras too much. For example: bringing some drinks to the room 10 pln. Orange juice in breakfast 15 pln i think... I Really prefer to Pay 15 pln more a day and not to have this "signature protocols" for ne it is a minus.

Review 35：We come back 100%. The combination of fantastic taste in decoration/colours makes you feel good. The restaurant is really nice and the kitchen Really good and this is specially nice. Clasic music and candels all the time for example. Rooms really good taste and beautifull. In my opinion owners of this hotel found the ingredients of the good taste and relax.
