Review 1：Difficult to see in the dark outside = badly banging up my knee on the rocky bath wall. Wifi only available in the lounge for non-Softbank users.

Review 2：Staff was friendly and outdoor baths were beautiful, especially with snow falling.

Review 3：staff can't speak enlish, the room is large but old and don't have wifi. Wifi available only lobby. hard to find many restaurent around.

Review 5：I feel bad about the service in the first phase. The staff can not communicate in English. And I do not understand Japanese language. I have to carry their own bags to the room. However, the staff tried to take care of me well later. Makes me feel better.

Review 6：Onsen at Awara Onsen Seifuso have excellent quality. Housekeeping staff at Onsen are very cute. She tried to took care me and my friend ฟlthough she does not understand English at all.

Review 8：VERY friendly staff, even though they don't speak english so well, they use maps and drawings to make you understand. The japanese bath both inside and outside was amazing. Free parking for your car in front of the hotel (very rare in Japan). Walking distance to the few restaurants and izakayas of the small town.
