Review 1：Very poor breakfast, In all aspects: quality, selection, presentation. Coffee was awful... Would rather pay for breakfast, but get proper one. Shower needs updating and the hairdryer needs changing as it doesn't work properly anymore. There were no double duvets in the hotel, so my partner and I had to sleep under 2 separate very small blankets. TV needs modernisation.

Review 2：All the staff we have met during our 5 night stay was really polite and helpful, thank you :) We found the bed mattress very comfortable.

Review 3：Soundproofing from the floor was poor, however it's been quiet along the night. It's cheap and looks cheap too. Small things but nothing really disturbing the stay!

Review 4：Small hotel with ambition to become better. Bed and bathroom has been really clean. Bathroom! Breakfast simple but good enough to not be hungry. Good value for money...will stay there again.

Review 5：Very bad shower, could only hold it by hand and not fix to wall. Furthermore, not working correctly. No heating in room, and it was -5 gr. C outside during the night - room was freezing cold. This hotel cannot be rated 4 stars officially??!?!!

Review 10：Not quite sure how they managed to get four stars: there was no AC in the rooms, the fridge was either off or making horrible noise, the energy saving light in the bathroom takes forever to light properly so basically you spend half of the time there in the dark.

Review 13：The staff were fantastic calling me taxis every day and nothing was too much for them, they were so helpful. My room was also great and very spacious. The hotel is extremely clean throughout!

Review 24：Hotel's price price policy is poor. Cold rooms. Hotel's management is very greedy. (Or maybe direction of hotel have no idea reg what is happening on receiption). In fact they have no idea regardging early check in/out.

You qualified as4stars something that , being generous , is no more than a 2 starsbudget " by the road motel " . Just to give you an example of the " 4stars service level " (!?) : when checking in the night before you arerequested emphatically to precise what are you going to choose as hotplate for dessert the next morning , so they can organize themselveslogistically (!!!!????).
