Review 1：Room was not renovated for around 10y, weak wifi, completely unexperienced staff - in restaurant, in the reception or on the parking. Price of apartment (which wasn't so big) was higher than better quality apartment in the center of Amsterdam.

Review 5：The only thing working at the Spa was the steam sauna, water at the pool was less than 20 degrees, so it's a spa hotel without spa. Two joined single beds instead of ordered double bed with two children size bedclothes. We could hear people talking at the other room and at the restaurant on the first floor. We eventually got a discount from an already promotional price, but the service was not what we expected. For the standard price, it's a ripoff. 4 stars, really?

Review 11：The Internet did not work in our room. The room and especially the bathroom were a bit bare. The bathroom has no toiletries instead they had one of those dispensers that is a soap/body wash and shampoo all in one. I definitely expected better toiletries and did not bring my own. A total of 6 channels on TV and none of them were in English (so no internet or TV). I think for me it was too expensive for the value. There are hotels that are rated higher in Warsaw that cost less per night than this one did.

Review 12：Facilities were amazing. They have a nice spa and gaming area. Even have their own bowling. Breakfast was very good and included in the price.

Review 13：restorant service need to be improved. Service looks like in soviet union restoran, nobody takes care about the guest (restoran had only few tables with the guest), guest should run all the time for the waiters. Personell don't speak english.

Review 17：I asked for a room with a view and one large bed. They gave me two rooms; the first had two twins and a little view. The second room was bigger with a large bed but there was only a view of the parking lot. Unfortunately, the disco/ club wasn't open when I was there.

Review 38：It suprised me at the arrival that half of the rooms do not have windows to the outside! There was no notice about that on hotel's website. It is really disappointing to have room with window facing restaurant at the patio and see only people there instead of landcape! Huge disadvantage. Another disadvantage of the hotel was the staff. Most members of staff were far from polite and helpful. We booked the pool table for certain time and were really suprised to find noone there. We had to ask the reception to locate the staff member. The bill for an hour's play was 40 PLN (10 EUR) - 4 times market price. The waiter also took our unfinished drinks without asking - highly unprofessional. For the price of the hotel, such facilities should be included... Last but not least, the hotel is not exactly gay-friendly - you may expect some weird looks from the staff.

Review 43：The biggest advantage is the fact that the hotel appears at Booking with reduced prices and also the possibility to use sauna and swimming-pool. The hotel SPA offers a wide range of beauty treatments. Niższa cena na Booking, sauna i basen.

Review 44：Restaurant is open. So parents let their kids run free from the nearby play room to the open space in front of the restaurant with little supervision. Not ideal if you wanted a nice, romantic meal with your spouse!

Review 46：I did not like that nobody told me that if I made reservation of parking it means that I booked garage. I left my car on parking new hotel outside, but they invoiced me garage. I asked to change it , because nobody told me that they have garage, but they explained that if I book parking it means I book garage. Breakfast was poor, no fish, only eggs and sausages.
