Review 1：The hotel is in a building from 1905 with a fantastic Art Noveau entrance door. The hotel had a beautiful breakfast room and the rooms were all decorated with typical Swedish furniture from the 1930s and 1940s. I love the charm of these old hotels. The friendly personnel can be reached by phone and answered right away.

Review 5：The ancient feeling! It was like living in a big castle. The rooms were big and royal-feeling! :) The hostel is pretty much close to the Central Station and also the central square.
Review 6：This is the best place I've ever stayed in my journey.. Such a warm place, It felt like home. They even prepeared for me an special breakfast because they knew I was catching a really early train... GREAT!
Review 7：The location was great. A very short walk to downtown. I'm traveling with my teenage son and the hosts were very accommodating with letting us have breakfast a little late. Nice and quiet with good off street parking. I also liked the great water pressure in the shower!

Review 20：It was crusial for me that I did not know on beforehand that I needed tohave a phone to enter the hotel. I was comming from the mountains whereI spent two weeks without phone and I did not (and did not want to)connect to the world through phone. If this was presented in the bookingsite I would not have chosen this place. I spent 1 hour at the streettrying to get in, late in the evening, tired and fearing that I had tosleep on the street, it was not a godd experiance.

Review 22：Difficulty in getting access. Owner not present when I arrived despiteadvising arrival time. Had to make expensive international call on mymobile to get key code. If Nya Pensionatet is looking for custom fromusers of Inlandsbanan its staff should be available to welcome newarrivals. Not difficult as trains from Mora and Gallivare arrive withina few minutes of each other!
