Review 1：The only thing I could fault was the fold out bed - really uncomfortable but probably fine for kids.

Review 2：Really clean, modern, lovely bathroom, great shower, kitchenette well equipped.

Review 3：I had ordered a room that would suit my disabled mother. I emailed the motel when I booked to advise of her limitations and only when I arrived did they bother to tell me they had given the room to someone else who was staying longer. I'm fine with that when you are able bodied but when travelling with the disabled this is a major issue especially when my options was taking a room upstairs when there is no elevator or a more expensive two bedroom room with a shower over the bath. If you are travelling with anyone who is disabled avoid this motel - they have no clue and couldn't care less. I have never experienced this attitude anywhere else I have stayed. They said if I hadn't taken the more expensive room I wouldn't have had a very comfortable stay - NO clue whatsoever that it was about ensuring my disabled mother could (a.) enter the room (i.e. not upstairs) and (b.) could shower.

Review 5：Very close to my sons rugby tournament. Even tho it was next to the main rd did not hear anything. Facility is clean n manage to accomodate our daughter who came with us at the last minute. Would stay again when in Nelson.

Review 6：The unit is out dated in it's furniture and the bedroom and the bed was small and the cover on your bed is something my grand mother would have had.

Review 8：Clean, quiet and comfortable. Near to shops/supermarket and Nelson is just a short drive away. Great base for the Abel Tasman or stop over on route down south

Review 10：lovely grounds, and garden, lemon tree just outside your door, nice in a wee drink, loved the unit, wish we could have stayed longer, weather terrible so couldn't sit outside, but in summer would be lovely, pool looked great, and the owners very lovely even when I asked to look through his rubbish, lost something, not a problem at all, sent us to a local restaurant for tea, great, best time and wonderful food. Bed very comfortable and the bathroom loved the shower. We have travelled for over 20 years and this was one of the times we had great service, great unit, nothing was problem great advise where to eat. Will be back thank you both so much.

Review 34：The road out front is very noisy and the traffic continuous all night. Lots of trucks. Car parking under part of the building serves to amplify the vehicles starting in the mornings. This noise despite being double glazed.

Review 36：Even with windows closed, the noise from the traffic, on the nearby mainroad kept waking us all up and so we didnt get much sleep - the trucknoise was really bad. I was disappointed as the advertising stated therewas noise reducing double glazing. Its not quiet at all.
