Review 1：We expected a bit of traffic noise as on the main road through Greymouth, but would have been nice to have been warned about the very loud train near the accommodation that came through about 5am.
Review 2：The room was nice comfortable and clean, laundry facilities were good and the staff were nice and friendly, easy to find.
Review 3：Our family room was great - comfortable and shiny clean. We checked in on Christmas Day and made a simple dinner for ourselves - it was perfect. Sonja couldn't have been more helpful any time that we had a question. We highly recommend the beautiful area and the Greymouth Motel.
Review 4：The railway in the middle of night scared us to death. Thought someone cracked in to the walls. And heavy trucks made loud bangs outside.

Review 8：The reception we received was very good, we were given a family sized apartment as there was a problem with the one that we had booked . Everything was clean and the bed comfortable. Nice pub with food close by. Supermarket only a few minutes away.

Review 17：Very friendly and helpful owners. We stayed one night and when we decided to stay another the management was very accommodating in giving us a bigger room for the same price. Older Motels but clean and comfortable...Free Wifi and sky TV at a very realistic price, would stay here again.
Review 18：The bed was a tad too soft with major partner disturbance.Not appreciated when we were really busy the whole visit and didn't get enough sound sleep.In my opinion the bathroom was a bit too small to be a 'wet room' so after a shower the whole room was wet.

Review 28：Our unit was next to the undercover "smoking" are and being a non smoker, I had to close the windows on the front of the unit. There were workers using the unit next door and they were up early, with one or more having an early morning cigarette. Would suggest the "smoking" area be away from any of the units.
