Review 1：We rented the suite and the noise (partying downstairs) kept us awake until 5 a.m., we informed staff but they didn't do anything. The breakfast was very poor (really not appropriate for 3 stars hotel). We left very disappointed and would not recommend staying there.

Review 3：Very friendly stuff, warm welcome and all was prepared by our arrival. We had an issue with the proposed room, yet immediately resolved it and had another room. The hotel is located very close to city center, just 10 min walk from main street, yet in a calm private sector.
Review 4：I stayed at this hotel for one day because I wanted to see the Hill of Crosses. The hotel is not far from tourist information, but not so close to the bus station and train station (around 2km). As taxis are not expensive at all, the location turns out to be good even when considering the bus and train stations. Also, the hotel is just next to a big adventure park and green area for those who like adventure sports and running. The bedroom was very big, much bigger than I actually needed only to spend the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Review 5：Room 211: Uncomfortable double bed (when we ordered a twin room), no air conditioning (it was 35C when we visited), the shower stall was old and the door fell off when slid to the closed position... and the toilets could not accept paper, so soiled paper had to be placed in a plastic bin (not hygenic at all !)

Review 7：Tiles on the steps to the entrance is broken.The room and bathroom are sooo shabby, there is even only one tap for sink and bath. Towels are thin and look like they were just used by someone else. No shower gel only shampoo.

Review 9：The main drawback of this hotel is that it is difficult to navigate with heavy luggage. There is no elevator, with all rooms on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Just getting into the hotel to the reception desk is an issue, because it requires moving up two small flights of steps with no staff assistance with baggage. This is the main way in which this hotel could be improved.

It was small enough, yet had theamenities of a larger hotel. The location was perfect - in a quietresidential neighborhood, but only a short walk to shopping andrestaurants. The staff also was more than happy to call a taxi for mewhen I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were kindto bring a heater to my room - I was not prepared for the lowtemperatures at night in September. I didn't eat dinner in thehotel, but the breakfasts were absolutley the best I experienced whilein Lithuania. There is excellent variety and wonderful service. Thebanana crepes were one of the best breakfast items I've hadanywhere! Agle (not sure how to spell it) was especially kind andhelpful during my stay. She was very accomodating and friendly. I woulddefinitely return to this hotel and enjoyed being on the top floor.
Review 37：We booked double-room in the hotel, but when arrived staff without any notification moved us to guest-house. The reason staff provided was very strange - "medical employee had arrived and we cannot provide you the room with smoking preferences".
