Review 1：I arrived hotel by noon and hotel front desk asked me to come back at 3pm as my room is not ready. I found dirt on cup and towel.
Review 2：About 8 mins walk from Hakata rail station (Amu east exit).
Review 3：Male front desk staff member was not helpful or friendly at all. Female one was nice. Complimentary breakfast was the worst I've had. When we went down, the first five choices were empty. Front desk guy would not refund our money, so we had to go back and wait and wait.
Review 4：The location is a little hard to find, with a lack of directions given by the hotel/Booking.com. Also, the pillows are a bit uncomfortable.

Review 7：The location is excellent. Only 5 mins away from the main subway and the JR station. The staffs are friendly and always willing to help. The room is not big as expected but there is everything we need. The hot shower and the air con is very comforting.

Review 27：Hotel size is standard "Japan hotel size". It is small compare with other couriers but you need to accept and expect it when you are in japan. For me it is absolutely fine and is okay. Hotel staff is able to communicate with English and nice. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to train station and shopping district. You can find good food and good shopping place nearby. Price is good. I will come again if I need to stay in Fukuika next time.
